Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Our 45 m² accommodation, very clean, air-conditioned, and quiet, is brand new and located on the first floor of an old building, where you enjoy complete privacy and independence. The interior is cocooning with exposed stones and wood: entrance, main room, small bedroom with queen size bed, overlooking bathroom and inner courtyard, small garden overlooking the fields. Not far from Avignon, Nîmes, the Camargue, the sea or the Cévennes, the place is conveniently located for exploring the region. In our very typical village of St Quentin la Poterie, all shops, you will fall in love with the creations of potters, restaurants, the farmers' market on Tuesdays and the authentic Provencal market on Fridays in a southern atmosphere.

The 100 m2 independent design loft opens onto a large living space consisting of a living room, open kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and a mezzanine upstairs. The living room has a large leather sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a central island. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine and toilet. Both bedrooms have a 160 bed and a closet.

There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
