130 years ago our great-grandfather built this farmhouse from natural stones. Today, we welcome you to this special place in a bright, cozy apartment in the attic. The charming mix of old and modern furnishings, the cozy underfloor heating, the sunny balcony and the large orchard invite you to a relaxing break in the countryside. Our house is the ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes and excursions through the beautiful landscape between the Main and Tauber rivers.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Taubertor apartment in Königshofen

Welcome to the Taubertor, your cozy apartment in the lovely Tauber Valley! Located on the old city wall in Königshofen and on the Tauber, you can reach an ALDI, bakery, butcher and restaurants in a few minutes. The 5-star bike path leads through the village, and the train station is minutes away. The apartment offers a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. A garden plot on the Tauber invites you to relax.

Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

The absolute highlight is the impressive stained glass window in the living area, which artfully shows the city silhouette with the sights of Tauberbischofsheim. The Schlossplatz with the Türmersturm is just a stone's throw away - and the most popular bike paths start right on your doorstep.

Apartment in Walldürn with fantastic garden

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

In the heart of Bad Mergentheim

We rent this beautiful 70 square meter apartment, which is located in the middle of Bad Mergentheim. It's about a 7-minute walk to downtown. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for everyday use. In the bedroom there is a king size bed. Wi-Fi is available, and a 55-inch TV (smart TV) is located in the living room. Another 50-inch TV is located in the bedroom, also a smart TV. Linens and towels are of course provided.

In the heart of Bad Mergentheim

Enjoy the Tauber Valley in this cozy and centrally-located accommodation. In the middle of Bad Mergentheim, right on the market square is our small, cute attic apartment. One double bedroom (160 cm) and another small bedroom with single bed. And if necessary, you can still convert the couch into a bed😊. From here you can easily reach the sights, the spa clinics, shopping and the connection to the Tauber Valley.

Wander- oder Radwege laden ein zu Erkundungstouren.

Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.
