Holiday rentals with lake access in Lattes

We spent 2 nights in Jean-Pierre and Catou's apartment, equipped with everything you need to have a good stay, with the pleasant little terrace!

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Excellent experience! Sandie is extremely responsive to messages, the accommodation matched the photos and is very well located about 30 minutes walk from Lake Salagou. The accommodation is in a peaceful, quiet location, ideal for quiet evenings on the terrace. Sublime moment in Octon that we will not forget!

Very nice cottage in which everything is there to spend an excellent holiday or weekend. Beautiful environment, located in a quiet area, close to the lake and the village centre. Damien and Flora are really nice. Special mention: to the proposal to enjoy the products they grow and shape. Great approach. In short, a little slice of paradise!

Perfect stay! Christine is a particularly welcoming, kind and smiling person. The house matches the photos and description. When we arrived everything was very clean and there were small gifts for an aperitif, happiness! The house is very well equipped, we really need to think of nothing, there is everything we could need. We came in early March and during this time the environment was super quiet. The beach is a 5min drive and offers beautiful sunsets as well as long walks on the sand. We also slept very well. The bathrooms are beautiful, modern and very functional as well as the kitchen. The garden is fully fenced which is very convenient if you come with dogs or children, it's totally safe. Anyway, our dog felt great here. I thank Christine for accepting dogs! We'll be back, sure!

We had a fantastic time at Stephan's house. It's a wonderful place to stay, with everything you could want to spend some unforgettable days. The house is just as seen in the photos and, being his home, it lacks nothing. It is also in a quiet area and very well located to get to know Montpelier and the beautiful Languedoc region. When we arrived, we were very well received by our very welcoming host. He showed us the very spacious premises and a beautiful setting with sea and pond views. Pleasant stay in Nassim and Faida's Studio. Property located in a quiet area and with proximity to the tram a 3-minute walk to the city center. This one is very well equipped if you want to cook with small touches from the owners by offering coffee tea jams etc. If you want a quiet place with public transport next door, do not hesitate to book this accommodation because it matches the description and photos of the site. I highly recommend it.

We had a really lovely time here. The house is cute and has everything you’d need. The town is small, picturesque and has some local vineyards for wine tasting. The lake nearby is great for swimming. I’d highly recommend!

We had a great time. The environment was perfect, Gabby has a world that puts you right in the atmosphere of the holidays. The accommodation is just perfect, a cozy little nest where it feels good. The house had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We felt very welcome there, with excellent stocks of essential supplies. We would not hesitate to book another stay there.

Great find, loved our stay with the family for a few days. Situated in very small village with beautiful surroundings. House was charming and came with all amenities. Sébastien was responsive and very helpful.

Sylvie was a really great host! We did not met her in person but everything was organized so well. The house and garden are great. We actually did not use the full space of the house because the garden is a great place to have a barbecue, just relax in the outdoor chairs or we brought our own hammock which we hang between the trees. There are a lot of moskitos but in the house there are nets, so no blame to Sylvie this is great!

We had a pleasant stay. The place is peaceful and beautiful. The acute dead suite is very comfortable and the amenities are very convenient and well offered. We have no complaints. We highly recommend this location.

Beautiful place. Admire a sunrise over the lagoon directly from the bed, just a few steps to the sandy beach or even to the city square. Perfect! However, due to the situation, it is also quite a noise increase!
