After years of living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian single space studio or "Chambre de bonne", 12m2 just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.

A pretty 40 sq./m flat renovated in 2023, for 4 people maximum, with superbe wounden exposed beams. The flat consists of a living room-kitchen and a bedroom overlooking a quiet courtyard/garden. There is a few steps in the flat to access the shower-toilet wich is very small but pretty. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine.

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on 2 levels in the historical heart of Paris, the Ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame. Seven windows, of which two are along the quai aux Fleurs and face the Hotel de Ville, allow the apartment to be flooded with light. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first Paris harbor.
