Monthly Rentals in Lathlain

We loved our stay at Michael's place! The location was easy for us to get to and central to everwhere we needed to go. The house was clean and stocked with all that we needed for our stay. There was heaps of room for us and the kids to relax at the end of the day. The quick communication from Michael was greatly appreciated and we were even met with a welcome gift of chocolate and champagne on arrival. Thank you very much Michael for allowing us to stay at your place, we had a wonderful time!

Had a great time, while our own house was being repaired. Felt right at home with all the comforts including a very nice quiet outdoor sitting area. Huge smart TV along with amp, Xbox(I think.) with plenty of games. Very quick reply to enquiries Although very close to train station, no real noise or foot traffic past the house. A great team. Would happily stay again.

Arif was a great host and very responsive to messages. The house was in a great location with plenty of space for our large family.

The place was serene and beautiful, it has ample car parking space and you can walk around the area with near and dear shopping places for groceries and eateries. The house is big and has a lot to offer if you are staying for a few weeks, the kitchen is neat and clean except some ants who look good parading around , the bedroom is good with a lovely cozy mattress. The bus stop is walkable to get into cbd but is better to have a car to explore around
