Monthly Rentals in Lat Luang

I stayed for two months and it was a very comfortable stay. Joy was extremely friendly and helpful every time I needed something. The room is clean and cozy, and the balcony view is just an everyday pleasure. The place overall is calm and peaceful. Gym is not big but has everything you need. I really loved my stay and I definitely can recommend it

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

Highly recommend. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Exceptional customer service especially from their guest coordinator, Jin - she made me feel safe and right at home from the start. The condo is super clean with everything you need to be comfortable. No bad smells or insects. Building is gorgeous with a 7/11 right around the corner. I wish I could have stayed longer but unfortunately, I decided to leave after the earthquake. Thanks again for the short, but wonderful stay.

It is a really beautiful place. The amenities here are good! I especially love the Sunday night market … vibe is really good. But location is really inconvenient if you need to travel to city
