Monthly Rentals in Lat Bua Luang District

Very comfortable with everything you need for long-term stay. The place is unbelievably quiet and the common area is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Being able to swim and go to a small gym or study room is a plus. There is also a clean water machine in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend for people staying at the Thammasat University.

This is my second stay. Last time I came here for work, and this time was just on vacation. Garbage bags, extra toilet rolls, and a hair dryer were provided which I couldn't find last time. Also there were welcome snacks and elephant souvenirs for me ! Thanks a lot. Free parking lot is available, and since I rented a car this time, I was able to conveniently go to Ayutthaya, Bangkok and anywhere. The pool on the premises was great, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the jacuzzi. I do not know why. Lastly, the manager was very kind and helpful.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host is kind and will respond to all our request. Thank you so much and we shall come again next time.

loved my stay here. there's a very nice market nearby. they allowed a very early check in (6am) and late checkout. thank you!
