We recently stayed at Villa Theano for three days and had a fantastic experience. The property is brand new, and we were impressed by its modern amenities and stylish design. The outdoor spaces are spacious and well-maintained, with a great swimming pool that offered stunning views of the sea. The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were attentive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, Villa Theano exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sami We hope to return in the future!

Heaven on earth!!..Breathtaking views..so peaceful & surrounded by nature..A bright light pristine space indoors & outdoors is a space to chill & soak in the views for hours..Can’t rate it highly enough..& Natalie is wonderful & so helpful..We just fell in love with it!..

The hosts were so lovely and helpful. They very kindly gave us a welcome hamper of food for our first morning and gave us early check-in and late check-out. They even gave us a hamper with nappies and some supplies for the baby which was so kind and thoughtful. The villa is beautiful, clean and is even nicer than the photos can show. We hired a car as there isn't a huge amount in the immediate area but it's so peaceful and it's really easy to get taxi's if you don't have a car. We will definitely book again on our next visit to Kefalonia. Thank you again x

We had a fabulous week at Villa Kanali. The villa is in a great location in Lourdata, in-between two lovely beaches. We loved the beach going towards kanali in particular with beautiful spots for relaxing and glorious turquoise waters for swimming. The villa has fantastic outside space with the pool a real bonus. Having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal, giving everyone space and privacy, which was great for 2 adults and two 17 year old girls. The location of the villa gives great views of the main beach, whilst feeling very private. We loved Lithero taverna which is next door to the villa, where we ate 3 nights out of the 7. The villa was spotless, and had everything we needed to eat in as well. The hosts were very responsive with clear instructions. Anamaria responded very promptly to queries we had, working with a brilliant local team who were quick to help when needed. Thank you for being great hosts and for the stay in your wonderful villa!

This was a beautiful and luxurious villa in a peaceful location with a breathtaking view. Everything made our vacation feel so special. I cannot fault the pool, the outdoor areas, or the villa itself- it was all excellent. The weather was up and down when we visited but due to our lovely villa, we was still able to relax and have those amazing views from inside. Michel was a friendly host and he was very easy to contact and happy to help with anything you may need. Mr Takis was very friendly and could not do enough for you. I highly recommend this villa, and we will definitely come back.

We had a great stay at the villa. It exceeded our expectations and was truly a beautiful place to relax. The view is unmatched with incredible sunsets! The villa has everything that you need, and is in a very private location. William was very helpful and responsive both before our stay, and whilst we were on the island. He was able to provide lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much trouble for him. The villa was easy to find and easy to follow instructions were provided prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future.

Fantastic location, easy to find, 20 minutes from the airport, 6 mins from Argostoli. Beaches all around and within walking distance. Amazing host and very welcoming. This villa is perfect for any getaway.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was perfect for relaxing. It was clean and cozy. Panagis was super helpful and very friendly. Would recommend if you’re going to Kefalonia.

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa. It is just stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s so well maintained and pristine clean. It’s so private and peaceful with a fantastic view and everything you need. We had a couple of BBQs and chilled. The outdoor gym was used by all of us. Lovely restaurants nearby and Kalini beach just below which is stunning. Haris was really responsive, gave us a lovely warm welcome and his local recommendations were great. One small thing is a climate tax we didn’t know about until after booking which we needed to pay cash (€90 for us) so need to consider that on top of villa price. We haven’t been charged this elsewhere. Kefalonia is just stunning. We went to Antisami, Fiscardo, Assos, Myrtos beach, Skala, Aristoli. If you’re looking for a boat trip check out the ‘Queen Bee’ which is run by two brothers with food from ‘mama’. The best day, we loved it. Enjoy!

We were a group of 6 celebrating a 60th birthday. The villa was perfect for our needs - spacious and comfortable with a lovely pool area for evening dining and daytime relaxing. The villa was clean on arrival and was cleaned really well during our stay. Fern was helpful and responsive throughout. We had a great holiday!

The villa is absolutely beautiful. It looks just as it does in the picture with the incredible view and clean, considered interior. But what you can’t see is the beautiful construction. Every detail is perfect. Kothreas is at the top of a mountain but it’s easy enough to drive to the delightful seaside villages of Fiskardo and Assos and the extraordinary beaches in northern Kefalonia. The mountain village is charming and rustic with walnut, fig and pomegranate trees, stone buildingd and surrounding hillside that smells of wild thyme & oregano and where you hear goat bells. Nearby there are authentic and excellent mountain tavernas and larger villages like Maganos. The pool is absolutely lovely. We paid to get it heated which was money well spent as our kids stayed in it for hours. Foula and her team were incredible hosts. So kind, informative and welcoming, and it was amazing having a housekeeper every second day. Thank you so much - we hope to be back! Efcharisto!!

This is a beautiful villa with stunning views and so very peaceful. When we got lost trying to find it the host gave us directions and then very kindly met us at a local place so we could follow her. The villa itself is just perfect with everything you need there for a very relaxing holiday. Highly recommend the location, the villa and the host. Thank you for a great holiday

We had an amazing stay here! The house is beautiful and the whole outdoor area with the pool and covered BBQ/kitchen area is amazing! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful sea view and playing in the pool. The pool was perfect for the kids and a great size for all 7 of us to enjoy at the same time. There are several outdoor seating areas so we could have our space when needed. Rachel is an amazing host!! She greeted us at arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful home and made us feel welcome right away. She offered extra time in her day once we got settled to come and show us on a map where everything is and give us recommendations. We had complete privacy at the house and Rachel was just a call away if we needed anything, like a birthday cake or a restaurant reservation to celebrate! Highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful home, in a beautiful location, was paradise...the local restaurants were all so welcoming and amazing food, close to many beautiful beaches and sights, you can do nothing or explore for days on this island . Themis was great host, very friendly and helpful when we needed to ask , especially about what to do. Thank you Themis !

Lovely place, very peaceful and private accommodation. 30~ min walk to the nearest beach, Agios Thomas (which was lovely.) Pool was excellent and certainly the highlight. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only notes for future visitors are that: (1) a car is recommended since it’s quite remote, and (2) contact the host before arrival for directions to the accommodation (as google maps led our taxi driver to the wrong entry.) Overall it was excellent!

Villa Arietta is a real hidden gem. Set in a quaint little village in the hills with stunning views of the mountains and ocean. The house itself is peaceful, immaculate and surrounded by beautiful gardens and many different areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic! We have a 15 month old baby and Penelope made sure we had everything we needed for her - it’s the perfect house for families. Penelope went above and beyond, providing us with lots of information about the house and the island. The house is perfectly located for sightseeing and days at the beach - Petani and Vatsa were our favorite beaches. We had the most magical stay at the villa, it really did feel like home for two weeks and Penelope and her family are outstanding hosts and we cannot thank them enough for making our stay so magical.

An extremely well designed, and constructed contemporary villa with quality fittings throughout. So much thought has clearly gone into this project including the lighting design and landscaping. The villa was a pleasure to stay in - lovely furnishings, comfy bed/bedding, and wonderful outdoor area with 2 covered sitting areas and 4 very comfortable sunbeds. The kitchen was very comprehensively fitted out and was like home from home. If you were wanting to do some self catering there wouldn’t be anything you’d find missing. Anastasia and Anatoliy were wonderful hosts and have thought of absolutely everything their guests may need. They were exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Most definitely 5 star!

Perfect accommodation with everything you need. The pool was much better than expected, it’s fun to hear the nearby planes but they don’t disturb the tranquility and privacy that the place provides. Only trouble we had was figuring out how to turn the electricity on (card on keyring) but Otthon was quick to respond to help with that. We had a brilliant stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, peaceful villa. It looked just like the photos and had everything we needed, even some snacks and a bottle of wine on our arrival. The location was perfect. Stunning views from the pool, Isolated enough to feel quiet and private, but only a short drive to the beaches and restaurants. Our host was friendly and provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do around the island. She also responded quickly when we had a minor issue and got it sorted right away. Much appreciated! It's worth noting that the advertised jacuzzi is not a hot tub, only jets in the unheated pool. We were slightly disappointed to discover this, but it did not detract from our stay at all

an amazing place to stay has everything and is central to the island so you can visit every part of the island easily and the owners are amazing definitely go there again ps the pool is salt water which I love

We had a fab week at the villa, it’s in the most lovely place with amazing views overlooking the sea. The villa had all the amenities and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor dining space was great for enjoying meals with a view. The location was peaceful yet close enough to local attractions and beaches, making it easy to explore. Lena was attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this villa for a perfect getaway and would love to return!
