Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses. Sie wurde 2016 neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer wurde mit original Bauernmöbeln eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich auch eine Wärmekabine. In der Wohnküche befindet sich ein Flach-TV. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.Dazu gehören Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Toaster und eine Nespressomaschine. Das Badezimmer wurde neu renoviert. In wenigen Minuten erreichtman das Hallenbad mit einem komplett neuen Saunabereich.
“Also at the risk that, with so much praise coming soon, demand will increase and thus the chance of booking will drop, we would like to give our public review. The landlords are extremely courteous, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in impeccable condition and everything is there, what you need for self-catering. Also in detail you will find nice little surprises (eg Stoffherzen on the beds). Towels and bed linen are provided, which saves a considerable amount of luggage. The garden is very big. The house is located on the outskirts of Mallnitz, beautifully quiet and located amidst the idyllic high mountain range. On foot you are in 10 minutes in the center. In terms of leisure, everything is offered what your heart desires: the swimming pool with sauna is only 5 minutes walk away, hiking trails and trail pass right by the house, the ski area can be reached by car in 10 minutes. There is also a 3 km long toboggan run nearby, which can be lit up at night. All in all a perfect holiday!”
Unser Haus wurde zur Zeit des Tauerntunnelbaus im Jahre 1900 erbaut und die Zimmer an Gäste vermietet. 1989 erfolgte ein Umbau in 4 Ferienwohnungen für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnungen im Nationalpark Hohe Tauern mit schönem Ausblick, Terrasse samt Mobilar und Garten.
This cozy AlpenLoft was our home when we were living and working in Mallnitz. Now we have decided to share our place with the rest of the world. We have spent more than 6 months trying to improve our place so that future guests can really enjoy and feel at home while staying here. Most of the furniture and decor was handmade by us thus people booking here will find a part of our soul in each and every object of the place. It is 4 km away from Ankogel ski area and 24 km from Mölltaler Gletscher.
“This flat is amazing! It really looks just like on the fotos. We spent wonderfull 5 there for hiking and enjoying the mountains. Its a great spot to start your hikingtour straight from the doorstep without having ne necessity to drive by car. Mallnitz itself isnt big but charming and you have everything you need in walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a pizza take away aso.) we can only recommend to book this flat for having a relaxing but intense vacation. And of course check-in procedure, clean rooms, the communication with sergiu and adelina. Everything perfect”
