It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The large entrance area features the impressive old bread oven – a true highlight.

Mijn man en ik bieden aan: een ruim (90m2) appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op tuinniveau. Aan de rand van een klein dorpje in de Eifel, met vrij uitzicht over het agrarische heuvellandschap met bossen. Onderkomen is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Rust en ruimte! From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Vacation home in the Eifel

The apartment was newly built in 2023. We mainly used natural building materials such as clay plaster and oak parquet flooring. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living area with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo Switch coffee maker, microwave and many kitchen utensils.
