Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Las Palmas

Zeno & Alassandra were lovely hosts. Zeno met us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment and responded quickly throughout the holiday when I needed any enquiries. The kitchen is well equipped if you need to cook any basic meals. (Two electric hobs, microwave & small oven compartment). In December the apartment was kept cool with A/C in the livingroom and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Only 2 minute walk to the promenade and beach. 5 minute walk to the local Spar & restaurants. Matagorda is a very peaceful & quiet place although it is only a 12 minute taxi ride to the busier Puerto del Carmen. This was our second time visiting this area. We had a lovely time.

The house was perfect for our stay. Extremely close to the Yumbo, a supermarket less than 100 m away. the bedrooms were lovely, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. I'd definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Maspalomas.

Stayed at this villa for one week. Great, responsive host who was very quick to reply to my messages. Also helpful and friendly. Villa had the usual appliances you expect to find (hairdryer, etc) and the kitchen was functional for making meals. Pool in good condition and there were nice views over to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Location was quiet and private. Supermarket within walking distance. I can't think of any negatives. We had a good stay

Приезжали на футбольный матч местного ФК Лас Пальмас и ФК Барселона и останавливались. на 1 ночь. В нашем случае расположение было идеальным - до стадиона 10 минут ходьбы, и парковочные места для нашего автомобиля были на улице прямо под окнами. Это комната с индивидуальным санузлом, в каартире самих хозяев, с комфортной двухместной кроватью, окна которой выходят на парк, благодаря чему мы просыпались под пение птиц. Хозяева приятные и дружелюбные люди, все прошло на Отлично. Спасибо!

He usado este alojamiento en varias ocasiones y siempre me voy muy contenta. Bryan es un gran anfitrión y se asegura que todo el mundo esté cómodo. Además siempre ha hecho el esfuerzo de comunicarme cambios para tener disponibilidad en las fechas de mis viajes Siempre me encuentro los espacios muy limpios y siguen ofreciendo un buen precio. Brian has been friendly and helpful, the hostel is clean and has everything you need (cooking utensils, soap, essentials, etc). Great quality/price ratio, would definitely stay here again

Si vous aimez les rangées d’immeubles impersonnelles et bétonnées en bord de falaise, face à la mer, ce n’est pas chez Xeph qu’il faut aller! Par contre, si vous recherchez un endroit authentique et paisible, foncez! L’endroit est juste exceptionnel et participe grandement à la réussite du séjour. La situation de la finca est parfaite pour visiter le cœur de l’île, ses montagnes, ses canyons, ses chemins randonnées mais également ses plages. Il faut se deplacer en voiture mais on est heureux de retrouver la belle Finca après des journées à vadrouiller. Les maisons sont très bien équipées. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons aimé les multiples endroits où petits déjeuners, déjeuner, dîner … ce n’était jamais le même cadre mais toujours une très belle vue sur les montagnes. La communication avec Xeph est réactive et fluide et il a pensé à tout pour qu’on l’on trouve facilement le logement. Piscine non chauffée, glaciale en février mais bon pour la circulation sanguine après les randonnées

We spent 10 nights at the apartment,it has everything you need just like living at home. it is very clean & bright inside,the terrace is huge & a fantastic view it gets the sun from sunrise till late evening,if your up early you can watch the sunrise absolutely beautiful. Geetu is very polite & gave us a friendly welcoming,for a cost she picked us up from the airport then also took us back when we were due to fly home,not that we wanted to come home ☹️ We will definitely be going back to stay again & would recommend it to everybody. Mieszkanie w cudownej lokalizacji z pięknymi widokami. Ogromny taras, którego można podziwiać wschodu słońca. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko to, co niezbędne do spędzenia udanego wypoczynku. Rewelacyjny kontakt Wynajmująca, włącznie możliwością wcześniejszego zameldowania. Podczas meldunku przekazano nam wszystkie niezbędne instrukcje, wcześniej dostałam film instruktażowy, który ułatwił dotarcie bezpośrednio na parking i do apartamentu. Serdecznie polecamy i dziękujemy z gościnę.

Conny's apartment was absolutely perfect! It was a home from home. Communication from the outset was impeccable. The property had everything you could need and more. Children's beach games, beach towels and bags etc. even robes. A welcome bottle of wine and water in the frigge upon arrival. The space was perfect for us as a family of 3, both the terrace and pool were so peaceful. The apartment is so central to all Costa Teguise has to offer. Conny is a wonderful host and we would not hesitate to book to stay here again and would most certainly recommend it! 😊

El anfitrión se comunicó muy bien, fue muy cómoda la estancia sin ninguna molestia, la localización del apartamento era muy buena, muy cerca de todo, playas, restaurantes, etc. cómodo y muy limpio, repetiría sin duda

We stood only for three days and used the flat mainly for sleeping. Nice, clean apartment, with a small patio. We were only in two and hence we used only the double bedroom, but there were two other single-bed bedrooms, and also an extendable sofa in the living area, so the flat is adequate for more persons as well. Quiet neighborhood, free parking on the street, easy to find a parking place in the front of the house. We did not know about Arinaga before, it is in the proximity of a wind turbine park, so it seems to be a windy zone. Strategically it is in a good position if one rent's a car or scooter, halfway between Maspalomas and Las Palmas and the mountains are also easy to reach. There is also a direct bus to Maspalomas. Host very kind and responsive, I recommend her place and I would gladly return also in the future.

Toda nuestra estadía fue muy cómoda y agradable. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y los electrodomésticos funcionan perfectamente, preparamos varias comidas y descansamos súper bien. La playa está muy cerca y es preciosa, 2 minutos en coche y 10 minutos caminando desde el apartamento. Hay muy buen ambiente en la zona, gente de todas las edades, nuestro hijo estaba contento de ver surfistas caminando con sus tablas. Los empleados de las tiendas también muy bien preparados, los oímos hablar fluidamente en alemán, inglés y francés e incluso árabe. La comunicación con Haridian fue estupenda, muchas gracias por todo!

Sie war mehr als herzlich, immer ansprechbar und hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir sind mit einem Baby gereist, und sie hat wirklich an alles gedacht, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Joaquin’s apartment is good value, it’s basic but ideal for couples who want a quite relaxing time, the kitchen has enough utensils to cook a meal with, and British tv channels The apartment faces the sun all day, the pool is lovely all though cold when there in middle March. There is a spa supermarket just across the road,restaurants are a 5minute walk from the apartment The Volcano being the best, Joaquin was very responsive with quick interaction and nothing was to much trouble, a nice touch was a bottle of red wine waiting for us when we arrived. Jose the apartment agent was also very good at communicating and his suggestions for restaurants very helpful. I would definitely recommend Joaquin’s apartment for a stay.

Noelia couldn't have been more attentive - on firstly welcoming us to the island, to the very helpful instructions on finding the apartment, right through to our arrival. The apartment is so well placed, beautifully kept clean and in good decor. Any queries or communication is replied to within ten minutes. We wouldnt hesitated to recommend her as a host. Can't wait to come again

Unos días muy tranquilos. Muy bien situado para moverse por la isla. Bastante completo aunque hemos echado en falta alguna cosa básica en cuanto a utensilios ( algún trapo de cocina, papel de cocina, cubiertos…) pero ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Lo mejor, la piscina y la terraza!!

We had a wonderful week staying at the apartment. Marisol was the perfect hostess, ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is situated in a nice and calm neighborhood with only a 3 minute walk to the Puerto Rico beach. The apartment was cozy and fresh-looking with a balcony towards the beach. It had great WiFi and Internet connection. We had nothing to complain about we really enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to come back.
