Casa Afortunada. A unique spot in Hermigua.

Casa Afortunada is situated on the quieter side above the Barranco of Hermigua. From here footpaths lead - each in about 20 minutes - to the sea swimming pool El Pescante, to Playa Santa Catalina, to the Finca Canarias Aloe Vera, to 2 different supermarkets, to the restaurants El Faro and Tasca Telémaco, the bar Casa Creativa and a few other local eateries and cafés as well as various walking trails. By car it takes about 30 min to reach Playa de la Caleta and the capital, San Sebastián.

Our house is located in the Hermigua Valley, La Gomera. In it you can find our garden and terrace overlooking the valley and the sea. There is a lot of beauty and tranquility around. The area surrounding the house is very quiet. You can enjoy the sound of nature and a relaxing vacation, as it is a very private space. The house, of typical Canarian construction, has TV, WiFi connection, outdoor shower, hammocks and a shaded area to read or rest. We look forward to seeing you🏡💛

Beautiful blue house!

Enjoy a peaceful stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The property is an easy 8 to 10 minute walk to the bus stop and the supermarket. The photo with the red arrows shows the location of both. Also an easy walk to the beach and Hermigua’s iconic sea swimming pool. The property is in the warmer part of Hermigua, which is worth considering when booking during the winter months. Depending on your arrival time, Hedi can collect you from the bus stop😊

La Paz 1

Two-story colonial-style house. On the upper floor are the apartments with a separate entrance surrounded by a large terrace with lots of sun and vegetation, sun loungers and a breakfast area, reading area, there is another enclosed terrace with large windows facing the sea, a natural pool and Mount Teide. The houses have a lot of light as the windows face the sea and the sunrise. Our house is called La Paz and we will love to welcome you wherever you come from.

The studio apartment is located in the north of the island in the district of "Las Nuevitas" of the municipality of Hermigua, the place with the best climate in the world, as it says on the sign. The studio has a comfortable double bed and a practical sofa bed The location allows a comfortable 10-minute walk to two supermarkets and several small bars. It is less than 2 kilometers to the ocean.

If you are fit, you can climb the 140 steps to access the trail. Ground floor of a two-story house with 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests. It has a full kitchen, dining room and private bathroom with a shower. Located in the upper area of Hermigua with views of the valley. Access path with many steps of marked ascending slope. Rural environment for hiking, reading, or meditation.

You'll love our place because of a breathtaking 360-degree view of nature amidst a palm oasis and the wide endless sea. The starry sky is sparklingly beautiful.
