Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Las Merindades

Sajazarra is a fabulous location to access cycling routes, both road and gravel. We had a fabulous 2 weeks exploring the area. The private patio at the accommodation was excellent & very comfortable with tables, chairs, loungers, cushions etc. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The living room was very cozy & comfortable and the upstairs bedroom and bathroom was manageable & as pictured. Nadine is a lovely host & she made sure we had everything we needed.

Stunning place and would definitely come back. The house is self cooling however does not have a traditional air conditioner that allows you to adjust temperature. This wasn’t an issue however it is something to be mindful of if you are very sensitive to heat. Overall the place is an oasis unlike any I’ve stayed in before and the wineries and towns surrounding it are amazing.

Hemos estado 12 personas en la casa, matrimonios con niños y lo que diga se quedaría muy corto, la casa es espectacular en todos los sentidos, ubicación, limpieza, tamaño, cómoda, nos ha parecido increíble y sin duda repetiremos!! Rebeca muy amable y atenta. Merece mucho la pena.

Raul was a very accommodating host. Communication was very good and queries were answered quickly, allowing us to check in a little early with our very tired baby. Everything had been thought of. There was a travel cot in the room, milk, pastries and hot and cold refreshments. The room was immaculate with lovely facilities and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet but there were bars and cafes within walking distance and a lovely child friendly restaurant less than 5 minutes drive away. Would be first choice to stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

This place is so unique and a great place to stay when visiting the beautiful Rioja region of Spain. It was comfortable, quiet, and the setting and area are lovely. The host did great giving us recommendations and was very communicative. Getting wine from your own cellar is amazing and the wine was very good! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Feli’s house. The house is very cosy with comfortable beds. The location is beautiful and the view from one of the bedrooms is very nice. The large garden en glass house are fantastic. Feli and Benji are both incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Desde el primer minuto senti que estaba en una casa de cuentos ,todo estaba perfecto,limpio casa detalle por donde mirase estaba perfecto ,Ana a sido muy agradable a la hora de ayudar,simpática.. Riocorvo es pequeñito pero muy pintoresco la casa está al lado de un río zona muy bonita para pasear y desconectar a sido una experiencia inolvidable que sin duda repetiré si vuelvo a Cantabria

Great location for walking to the old town and Guggenheim. Begoña always responded to queries very quickly and she gave clear instructions on how to find and enter the apartment. It is a beautiful apartment and we felt right at home straight away. The beds were very comfy, and the apartment was very clean and tidy.

Logement très propre et bien situé pour visiter. A peu près à 30 minutes des sites incontournables. Très bonne communication avec Alba ,qui est attentionnée et qui désire que notre séjour se déroule le mieux possible. Je recommande .

Sehr hübsches Apartment / Studio in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend auf dem Land im Rioja alta gelegen. Carol war ein sehr sympathische und hilfreiche Gastgeberin.

Un lugar con mucho encanto rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para la desconexión. La casa es muy completa y próxima a muchos puntos de interés. Sin duda es un alojamiento para repetir!

El apartamento nos ha encantado. Hemos estado una familia de cuatro y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. La anfitriona ha sido muy amable y atenta. El apartamento es bonito, cómodo, con unas vistas fantásticas, aparcamiento cercano y la estación de tren para coger el cercanías a Bilbao justo enfrente. No le falta de nada y, además, al ir con niños, hemos agradecido mucho los juegos de mesa. Los pequeños detalles se agradecen como el tener a disposición 2 tarjetas Barik para recargar, por decir alguno de ellos.

Iganacio y María Jesús fueron muy amables. Nos dieron indicaciones detalladas de como llegar al pueblo. La casa es super acogedora, tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estadia confortable, la leña de la estufa la provee Ignacio, sin hacerla faltar nunca. En el pueblo no hay mercados, así que llevar lo necesario para comer. A 2 km bajando hay un bar donde se puede comer. La ruta de montaña no genera ningún inconveniente para llegar a la casa. El entorno del pueblo es inmejorable, naturaleza a pleno! Sin dudas, los anfitriones, la casa y el pueblo son para recomendar a quien busque pasar unos días de desconección.

Firstly let me say that Teo is an amazing host. Super responsive from the moment we booked the apartment. He couldn't do enough for us before or during the stay. When we arrived he showed us around the apartment (which we fell in love with!) and then gave us some recommendations on parking and some things to do around the local area including useful shops were like Dia. We loved the decor and the bed in the living room was soo comfy it was a struggle to get out of in the mornings. The kitchen was a generous size with everything you could need. The bathroom/utility room was a nice size too but everything was impeccably clean. The shower whilst compact had great water pressure which made for a lovely shower. We felt right at home there. My only comment is that the upstairs neighbours are a little loud walking around but they quietened down for bed time. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. All the best Teo - thanks for making our stay an enjoyable one.

great villa, even better in real life than in the pictures! Private and peaceful stay. Additionally the property is baby proof. Hosts were also very responsive and kind by giving local suggestions.

Ficámos extremamente satisfeitos com a nossa estadia no alojamento do Iñigo. O espaço estava impecavelmente limpo, muito bem equipado e exatamente como descrito no anúncio – ou até melhor! O Iñigo foi um anfitrião exemplar: sempre disponível, simpático e muito atencioso. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente bem recebidos. Recomendamos vivamente e esperamos voltar numa próxima oportunidade!

C'est un véritable havre de paix ! L’hospitalité de Gontzal et Txaber est tout simplement formidable ! Ils sont d'une gentillesse rare, incroyablement disponibles. La villa elle-même est une merveille. Spacieuse, décorée avec goût et d'une propreté impeccable, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire. Les équipements sont de grande qualité, et chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour le bien-être des hôtes. Que ce soit pour se détendre au calme, profiter des paysages environnants ou comme point de départ pour explorer la région : la Villa est l'endroit idéal. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation la Villa Artegoikoa à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience authentique et privilégiée dans le Pays Basque espagnol. C'est un lieu magique, porté par l'accueil exceptionnel de Gontzal et Txaber.

¡Nuestra estancia en esta casa rural fue inmejorable! Fuimos un grupo de amigas y no pudimos elegir mejor. La casa es preciosa, con unas vistas espectaculares que nos enamoraron nada más llegar. Está equipada con todos los utensilios y detalles necesarios, no echamos en falta absolutamente nada. Es muy espaciosa, cómoda y perfecta para grupos. El exterior también es una maravilla, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. Además, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue fácil y fluida, siempre atento a cualquier duda. La ubicación es perfecta, muy bien conectada con el pueblo. ¡Sin duda repetiríamos!

Superbe maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (et même plus !). Le site est calme, face aux collines, à 10 minutes des commerces, et à moins de 30 min du centre de Bilbao. De plus, Marce est sympathique, très accueillant et réactif. Quelque soit le temps, tout est bien prévu (piscine extérieure, barbecue… mais aussi à l'intérieur : grands espaces pour manger, avec un Jacuzzi ou des coins pour les jeux ). Un endroit idéal pour passer un bon moment avec ses amis ! Merci Marce !

¡Todo fue fantástico! La casa es espectacular y la comunicación con Jaime de 10. Esta vez fuimos con amigos pero la siguiente ya estamos pensando en ir con parejas y niños.
