Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Heras

Ignacio was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in a beautiful building with mountain views and very close to the big and beautiful San Martin park. The grocery stores are very close. It is about 30 minutes walk to the popular restaurant area in the downtown, but one can take an Uber very easily as well. I would recommend this property.

We spent an incredible few days at the accommodation, the guys were super attentive and friendly, in fact, they let us do early check in and late check out; the place is just like the photos and the location is EXCELLENT, we are super happy, and without a doubt we would choose it again. 💘 The apartment is complete, with a great cellar and super clean, do not hesitate for a second! The apartment was impeccable, it is as shown in the photos and what stood out the most is that it was super clean and neat. In addition to having some places to shop/eat nearby, you have several buses. Very comfortable, Franco and Sandra are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The apartment is divine, very comfortable and functional. The view is open and panoramic to the city, the sunrise is beautiful and at night you can see all the little lights. A few meters away there is a complex with restaurants, cafes and a mini-market. 100% recommended, we'll be back!

Great large apartment on Arístides (bars and restaurants area). Unit is as described with a large kitchen living area, and also a private laundry . Great closet space, large bath and bedroom. Private outdoor bbq area… it’s great that it has a private parking space because it’s an area hard to find parking spots. Lots to do around there with the park really closed by. It was really chilly outside and it felt a little inside but Would use this apartment again without questions. Highly recommend.

I loved the accommodation, residential neighborhood, very quiet. I liked it, to have 1 room the truth is that everything is very well distributed. It feels spacious and spacious, very bright, the large terrace. Nice mountain views. The hostess is very helpful and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the linens as well. I would stay there again.

The accommodation was perfect! All exactly as in the pictures, very clean, with a delicious smell both on the bedding and the house itself. The atmosphere is super cozy, I felt at home from the first moment. The house has all the necessary utensils, which made the stay much easier. We were very well received by Joaquim, super dear, and Guilhermo was extremely helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend it!

Impeccable option from the beginning. Fluid communication. The house is the same or better even than in the photos: nice details of decoration, books available, comfort in the main beds, boiler and very good water! lights and kitchen and bathroom features, very good. Super recommended! We will definitely return in time to make use of patio and pool! Within Chacras, this part is great for being close to the downtown area but the house is located in a very quiet area. Santiago and his family, a 10/10 as hosts!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mariela’s place. Location was great. Quiet neighborhood about 10 mins by taxi to the city with a huge grocery store and many other stores nearby. The house itself was perfect for our family of 5 and the kids loved having a yard to play in. We cannot say enough great things about our host, Mariela. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel right at home. We hope to stay at her place again in the future.

Great location for family of 7 adults ! We were comfortable and plenty of space. Everything was clean and clutter free and we had cleaning service during the week (a nice luxury). The laundry/washer was also a nice perk of staying here. It was a tad cold when we were in Mendoza but there is a fireplace that warms up the area and a heating system. Our host was so responsive - within minutes I received a response. All our inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. 10-20 min drive to all the major wineries. We were in a safe and quiet neighborhood, occasionally loud dog but honestly did not bother us. Our host has excellent attention to detail and hospitality we were welcomed with some wine and goodies and also had available laundry detergent and hangers to dry our clothes. We didn’t have time to enjoy the asado option but great option for ~65$ per person. Would highly recommend this modern home.

Very nice big house: two bedrooms and a nice living room with kitchen. Beds are good, sheets are clean. In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking, even salt, sugar and pasta. Thanks to Fernando for the hospitality and quick solution of small issues! I recommend this house for families with children or a group of friends.

Estefi was very nice, gave us recommendations of things to do in the area and checked in on us often.

We stayed here for three months with our pets, and I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay, it’s cozy, warm, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There’s also a lovely patio where you can enjoy an asado or simply relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet it's easy to get to the city center thanks to frequent buses and easy access to taxis. The neighbors are also very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Sofia and Daniela are the best hosts - so warm, responsive, and always willing to help with anything. I truly didn’t want to leave because I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay, very comfortable facilities, privacy and the fact that it has its own parking, direct access to commercial gastronomic sector, proximity to the park, etc... The excellent apartment, has all the comforts to spend a weekend or the days you need to be in the city. 100% recommended

Spacious space with an excellent location. The apartment represents the pictures very well. Very clean and organized. For the cold days there is ar conditionado hot that helps a lot. The shower is very good too. I recommend!

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. Impeccable, it seemed like we were opening it, I highlight the decoration, furniture, tableware and lighting. Those spaces that make you want to be there. Valentina is very friendly and was always willing to do what we needed. I'm sure we'll be back!!!
