De villa heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk verblijf. Onze kinderen hebben zich uren en uren vermaakt in het zwembad, inclusief het al aanwezige zwembadspeelgoed. Af en toe kan het hier stevig waaien. Gelukkig zijn er zoveel zitplekken om uit te kiezen, dat er altijd wel eentje uit de wind is. Vlakbij het vliegveld, dus het is even wennen aan de vele overkomende vliegtuigen, maar dat went snel. Een auto is aan te raden voor als je ook de rest van het eiland wilt verkennen. Communicatie met Miriam was prettig en snel. Kortom, een dikke aanrader voor een heerlijk verblijf op Tenerife!

L'alloggio di Victor si trova a 2 Min a piedi dalla spiaggia de la Tejita, in un contesto residenziale tranquillo, silenzioso e signorile. A 2 minuti a piedi si trova anche una galleria commerciale con ristoranti e supermercato. La casa è stupenda, con due bellissimi spazi all'aperto super godibili. Ottima anche la pulizia, l'ordine e i servizi offerti per il nostro bimbo (lettino, giochi per spiaggia, libri). Victor è stato un super host, super disponibile, capace di darci consigli sulla zona e super reattivo nel risolverci un problemino con la macchina del caffè. è davvero stato un piacere essere suo ospite, speriamo di rivederlo presto!

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Martina, die Unterkunft hat uns für zwei Monate alles geboten was wir gebraucht haben. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, und das Internet ist nicht gerade High-Speed, aber es hat für zwei Personen zum Arbeiten gereicht. ein schöner Ort in sehr ruhiger und abgeschiedener Lage, mit einer sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin.

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

This was one special stay! This cave is a sacred and cozy spot full of an amazing energy. The place more spatious than it seemed in the pictures and super comfortable with everything you need inside. It didn’t take long for us to feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and detail-oriented, providing us in the cave with all things you may need to make you feel right at home. You definitely need a car to move around as there is nothing really within walking distance. But we love the quietness and remoteness of this space. It has a beautiful terace where we chilled and made a grill, and also a terace on top of the cave where you have an amazing view of the region and the ocean. We spent two weeks there and this cave made our stay 10 times more special! Thank you so much 💚

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in het mooie maravilla! Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig.

Apartment was big and had everything we needed. From abundance of towels and kitchen equipment to amazingly comfortable beds. Super clean and Martyna was available to answer our questions and quickly fixed a small issue we had with the shower. The balcony was big and the tv and other appliances were fantastic.

Wir werden wiederkommen. Traumhaft schöne Lage und schöner Poolbereich. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kleiner Tipp, am Empfang kann frisches Wasser geholt werden für ein paar Cent. Einkaufstrolley und Kühltasche mit Akkus wurden von uns besorgt und für die nächsten Besucher dort gelassen. Am liebsten wären wir für immer dort geblieben. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Loved our stay in Arona! Noelia was an excellent host, very helpful and quick to respond to any messages. The villa was beautiful and we immediately felt at home as soon as we arrived. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip or as a great base to explore Tenerife!

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

Gospodarz bardzo miły, niestety nie zna angielskiego więc rozmowy były prowadzone poprzez aplikację. Bardzo miło nas powitano butelką wina i wody. Miejscowość bardzo spokojna, ale dużo miejsc do trekingu w najbliższej okolicy. Samo mieszkanie położone jest w starym kompleksie hotelowym, gdzie był basen ale niezbyt rewelacyjny. Za to leżaki przy basenie zawsze dostępne za darmo. Jest kilka udogodnień: samoobsługowa pralnia - 5 Euro za pranie, 4 Euro za suszenie. W hotelowej restauracji można wykupić sobie codziennie posiłki - 8 Euro za śniadanie, po 14 Euro za obiad i kolację. Wszystkie posiłki w formie szwedzkiego stołu, całkiem smaczne. Codziennie wieczorem są jakieś animacje, w których można brać udział. Dużą zaletą było miejsce parkingowe na terenie hotelu za zamykaną bramą. Wyposażenie mieszkania kompleksowe, była suszarka do włosów, żelazko, apteczka, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, garnki, talerze a nawet sznurki na pranie na mini tarasie.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Francesco war ein super Host. Er war sehr gut zu erreichen, war beim Check-In flexibel und hat uns bei allen Fragen ausführlich geantwortet. Ein sehr netter Dude. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, es war sehr sauber. Ich bin vor allem bei Betten recht pingelig, aber hier war alles top. Lediglich die Dusche müsste mal wieder neues Silikon bekommen etc.. Die Unterkunft haben wir zu zweit bewohnt, dafür war sie super. Die Terasse ist recht schön, man sollte aber beachten, dass es hier durchaus windig sein kann, aufgrund der Lage. Es hat uns an nichts gefehtl, selbst ein Mixxer steht zur Verfügung. Die Lage war gut um die Insel zu erkunden, Strände etc. waren nicht weit entfernt. (wir hatten einen Leihwagen) Wenn man Heim kommt wird man vom sehr lieben Kater begrüßt, der uns das ein oder andere mal vom Auto bis zum Eingang der Unterkunft begleitet hat. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Me ha sorprendido gratamente la limpieza de este apartamento. Estaba completamente equipado; la cocina con todo lo necesario, baño con toallas, papel higiénico y Detergente, productos de limpieza, una televisión de buen tamaño y sofá muy cómodo. Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la terraza, tiene un buen tamaño, tiene un sillón cómodo, sillas y una mesita. Me ha encantado desayunar allí, no pega el sol directamente hasta el mediodía y aún así queda un trozo de sombra. Se ve directamente el Puerto y el mar. La comunicación con la anfitriona ha sido buena; ha respondido rápidamente cuando lo he necesitado. Calidad / Precio muy adecuado.

Very central location of the flat. Surrounded by local restaurants, shops and cafes. A bit noisy because of that.

We had a great stay at the Bungalow. Everything was very clean, we immediately felt at home. The bungalow is really nice, has a beautiful terrace and all supplies that one would need. Frederic was super helpful and explained everything worth knowing before our arrival. He also gave us some good tips about best beaches, restaurants and things to do in the area. 10/10 would recommend

Rita ti accoglie personalmente, ti invia le indicazioni per trovare facilmente l'alloggio addirittura con un video, vista spettacolare dall'ampia terrazza (specialmente al tramonto). Molto simpatica e disponibile alle vs richieste. Appartamento tranquillo lontano dai rumori, corrispondente alla descrizione. Grazie per l'ospitalità... se torneremo a Tenerife sceglieremo nuovamente te. Adios

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Everything went really well with the van! I was able to travel all around the island without any problems, and everything was as described. A small downside: the kitchen supplies were really not clean, but that’s something that can easily be fixed. Overall, great experience!
