Beautiful apartment with a panoramic view directly overlooking the sea. Fully equipped, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the apartment. The apartment has a double room with sea views and with full en-suite bathroom, another room with two single beds. Both rooms have a wardrobe with hangers, casement windows and curtains. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, books, Wi-Fi, etc., and access to the private balcony where you will find a terrace table and enough seating for four people. The views are fantastic. At the top, there is a private sun terrace with lawn and sun loungers. In the kitchen, there is a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob with extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, etc. IMPORTANT: - Beach towels included - more space in your bags!!! This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment.
