Polite, kind and very helpful host. With good communication and very helpful, always concerned about our well-being. The apartment is located in a quiet, beautiful and pleasant neighborhood. Safe to walk at any time of the day, with a market and convenience store very close, making it easy to stock the pantry. A place with all the comforts of a good home, to feel at ease and spend the days in peace. Clean bed and bath linens. Great Wi-Fi inside the apartment. In addition, very easy access to the subway and buses. Bus stop on the corner of the street with Av. Apoquindo and Alcantara metro station 5 min walk. This station is part of line 1, through which we were able to get to know almost everything in Santiago (there are options to transfer to other lines at some stations, completing the itinerary). I recommend it and would stay there again!

In general, the apartment is quite good, I highlight its location, which is undoubtedly the best, and the apartment in general is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is great (with a jacuzzi, excellent), the room and the living room are also very large and with a lot of space. The description is exactly like the publication, a hotel suite. However, in my opinion, it is also its lazy point since it is a very hotel experience but without the benefits of it (such as breakfast or daily cleaning). In addition, the kitchen is quite limited (but the publication makes it quite clear) so I recommend it only for short stays. Even so, I think it's a satisfying experience, so I can't not recommend it.

Excellent apartment, it has everything you need, I felt at home. Close to Hernando de Magallanes subway station, line 01, convenience stores and supermarkets. All very clean and organized. Irene was always very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!

Thank you for your attention, our trip was very smooth, the location was perfect, close to the subway and easy to use, nearby there was everything that was needed, cafes and supermarket and snacks. We love the location of the apartment and the extraordinary view of the mountain ranges. The space is very cozy, we intend to return to Chile.
