Apartment is 920 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a 500 square foot ocean view patio. It is located in the Mirador area. This is a mostly residential area and mostly quiet. Located 2 block from the beach. Close by is Mannys, Pink Cadilac Pitaya, and the American Legion. 5 minutes from the Malacon and 13th street. Both are very popular with the tourists. My wife and I are long-time residents and can direct you to anything you need. The property is very clean and comfortable.

It is a small newly remodeled apartment where you will have what you need to spend a pleasant stay and enjoy a perfect getaway, located in the center of the city, 5 minutes from the beaches, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, convenience stores and supermarket. It has a capacity of 5 people in bed or 6 maximum. It is a room with a double bed and a single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. Modern, cozy, and safe for families or couples.
