Recently remodeled with well equipped kitchenette, private bathroom and patio with stunning desert views. Located directly across the street from beautiful sandy beach in the community of Las Conchas.
“This place is perfect for a couple! It is not even 2 minutes walking distance down to the water and it was perfect! My husband and I like to get up and explore so we literally would come shower and sleep, get up and go again all day! But if you wanted to spend some time there and relax it’s perfect! It’s quiet and has a nice patio to relax, a fire pit (which we didn’t use), and so many other nice amenities! Romy and Kevin were super sweet and very helpful! Their location is in a safe area and they have security driving around all the time. They responded quickly to our questions. We will be returning soon with our 3 kids.”
We are a quaint, 7 room property located 20 steps from the sandy beaches on the Sea of Cortez. Our secluded beach front location is perfect for romantic breaks, honeymoons, or just a tranquil getaway.
“Tranquil. Relaxing. Serene. Not only was the location steps away the beach, the beach greeted you at your patio. The sounds of the waves, and the night air was as if you fell asleep along the shore. Not to mention the secluded beach area with very little foot traffic and the cabanas that accompanied the helm of the property. The intentionally styled rooms and the individual patio/decks made for a spacious indoor/outdoor feel. To top it off Karina was a expert host offering on site breakfast, arranging personal massages on our patio, keeping us up to date on water activities ( sunset cruise, whale watching, etc) not to mention the lust of best places to eat. Honestly we spent more time here than in town. Such a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for relaxation stay here!”
Looking for space, comfort and a touch of luxury, this is the perfect home for you. A beautiful home on the beach in Las Conchas with beautiful bóveda ceilings throughout the whole house. Top patio has beautiful views of the ocean, you can sip your coffee in the mornings and enjoy the ocean breeze, as well as on the bottom patio. If you’re lucky you get to see the beautiful dolphins. Kitchen fully equipped. We have a Keurig. This home is fantastic! Owners request no smoking inside of the home.
“We looked at many, many options - around 100 - before settling on “Bovedas”, and our high expectations weren’t only met but were amply exceeded. The property is simply stunning, from the well manicured and attractive desert landscaping at the front, to the house itself. The interior architecture and design is so appealing, with the intricate vaulted (“bóveda”) ceilings setting the tone. The clean lines and smart furnishings all come together in a harmonious, soothing way. Casual elegance all the way. The upper level balcony-terrace (there are two) provides incredible views of the ocean with the sea breeze, and given that the coast runs east-west on this stretch, we could see both the sunrise as well as the sunset at this time of year. We barbecued fresh seafood on the terrace each night, while sipping tequila. Sublime! The spacious upper level master BR with private bath and shower is a real treat. The other 3 very comfortable bedrooms are on the lower level, allowing some separation from upstairs action in the living room (for those who need early sleep/rest). The ocean is easily accessed by a few short steps down to the beach. The owner, Victoria, was readily accessible by phone and text and was very responsive to all our questions and needs. All in all, a great house!”
