Nice and large 2bdrm/2bath house for up to 7 people, just 8-10 minutes drive from the beach, malecon and main tourist attractions, fully equipped, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 futon, living room with large tv and lots of streaming options, A/C, wifi, charcoal bbq grill, boiler, gated back and front yard and more! Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

A balcony area is featured with two large umbrellas providing shade over four white chairs, each adorned with colorful striped cushions. The view beyond includes palm trees and rooftops, leading to the ocean visible in the distance under a clear blue sky.

Feel right at home in our spacious, newly completed end unit condo with a 5-6 minute walk to the beach! The complex is serene and quiet, allowing for your much needed comfort and relaxation. You can relax in the condo, enjoy either of the two pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

An amazing Rocky Point Beach Front Home in Las Conchas. Just sand between you and the Sea of Cortez. Our best feature is the huge covered patio facing the beach. We have the most beautiful beach in all of Rocky Point far from the shoulder-to-shoulder packed beaches on the west side. Our beach is just like it was 35 years ago - untouched. You almost forget you're staying in a popular tourist destination.
