El Rincón de Chona

A spacious apartment ideal for a family or group of friends, very well lit, with windows facing outwards in all the rooms. It is very close to the connections with the main highways of the island, and is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. It is not located in the historic center of San Cristóbal de la Laguna. But you can get to it in a very short time if you have a car, in ten minutes you are in the center. There are two shopping malls near the apartment.

Comfortable and quiet one-bedroom suite with terrace, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Located in a beautiful house of rationalist design, built by a renowned Canarian architect of the time, Tenerife's D. J.E. Marrero Regalado. Being located on the main road that connects Santa Cruz with La Laguna, some sensitive visitors who are not used to urban centers may find the sound of traffic annoying, but the ease of parking can compensate. :)

Apartment on Calle Viana, within the historic World Heritage site, pedestrian streets, in front of the convent of Santa Catalina de Siena. All rooms with windows and lots of light, on the second floor of the building. It has a garage with a surcharge of 5 euros night. At the back the Cathedral, very quiet area. With musicians in the street, good ambiance and commercial. Well communicated by tram, taxi and bus.

I'm very happy with my stay. The apartment was well prepared and clean. The male roommate is very tidy, and you don't even notice his presence on a daily basis, and you can always count on his help if needed. The neighbors were also very nice :) There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can buy everything. An apartment in the very capital of Tenerife, but in a quiet area. Highly recommend! It's hard to find a better value for money ;)

Bharat and his parents were very friendly — I very much enjoyed my stay with them. The room is clean and as pictured and the apartment is not a far walk from many of Santa Cruz'z main attractions. Really good value and would recommend to anybody looking for a nice room to stay in. They went above a beyond as hosts, offering tea, cookies, and friendly conversation during my stay.
