A spacious apartment ideal for a family or group of friends, very well lit, with windows facing outwards in all the rooms. It is very close to the connections with the main highways of the island, and is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. It is not located in the historic center of San Cristóbal de la Laguna. But you can get to it in a very short time if you have a car, in ten minutes you are in the center. There are two shopping malls near the apartment.

Apartment on Calle Viana, within the historic World Heritage site, pedestrian streets, in front of the convent of Santa Catalina de Siena. All rooms with windows and lots of light, on the second floor of the building. It has a garage with a surcharge of 5 euros night. At the back the Cathedral, very quiet area. With musicians in the street, good ambiance and commercial. Well communicated by tram, taxi and bus.

The apartment is faithful to the photos, everything is clean and organized, as well as being in a central area where you have everything at hand, as well as small details such as leaving water, coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt, which are small things and give a very good impression of the people who rent to you. Communication with Alejandro was very good and I have nothing bad to say. Just one observation for those who like TV with internet, the apartment has local channels, but those who come for a walk watch little TV. Thanks to Alejandro and Maria!!!

Villa in La Esperanza

We had a great stay at the villa, it looks even better than the photos and is a really nice, quirky space to stay in. The surrounding area is quite remote so a car is needed, however the view is beautiful and we found the area very quiet and peaceful. It was lovely to sit outside to appreciate the view when the weather allowed. It is a little chillier at the location compared to some other areas closer to the coast, due to it being a little higher up. The villa does have a lot of moisture inside as the pool is within the living area, however there are dehumidifiers and when the weather is good, the door can be opened. The addition of the log burner was very cosy in the evening. The host was really accommodating, great communication and very responsive. I would definitely recommend!
