Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The basement is not in use when rented. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The house is located 40 metres from the sea and has a fantastic view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a spa, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area and some fantastic sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach where you can swim, dive and jump from the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbank that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the bottom of a cul-de-sac.
