Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Largo

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Found this little gem when scouting spots to stay the night after attending the PRide Stonewall Reception. Marilyn's place was convenient and priced well, so I could enjoy the night and not have to drive or Uber back to Tampa. Saving it for future use when staying in St Pete. The Blend Coffee, next door, is one of my local favorites, so that worked out super conveniently. Would certainly recommend staying.

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was just as described, clean, and comfortable. Joseph is responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying.

Our experience staying here was great! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The backyard was so beautiful and felt so tropical, and even with the shared pool, you have your own side of privacy. The bed was so comfortable and so were the couches. Had some rainy days and we were still able to cuddle up in the living room and watch some movies, the extra blankets provided were great! A huge bonus was the washer and dryer!! The beach amenities were also so great to have!! Truly this place had everything we needed! Overall we LOVED this place and hope to definitely book again! :)

This is a perfect spot close to all the fun things to do in the area! The beach chairs were a nice addition, everything you need to have a nice stay!

Great location, very homey, super close to the Tampa and Clearwater areas. Comfy bed Great shower My wife and I had an excellent stay and no issues. Tim was very responsive and answered all our questions that we had. Used all the amenities available to us and thought it was very reasonably priced. My only critiques are the parking area. Very close to the street and was hard to pull in and out when other cars were in the other parking spots. Also very tight in the bathroom and around the bed. There were a couple times we would hit our knees or toes on the corner of bed or corner of sink in bathroom when using the toilet. Very tight around the toilet Overall, a wonderful stay for my wife’s and I honeymoon and would definitely book again if in the area. Five stars.

I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

Beat host ove ever had! I travel alot and had such a great experience! Everything is newly renovated, great backyard with a pool, plenty of seating and Everything you could ask for. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower leading into the master bedroom with a door leading to the backyard for easy access. Perfection! Book now, you wont regret it!

wow what an awesome host! I really did feel right at home. as someone who used a wheelchair allot of the time it was nice to have space in the garage to keep it when not in use. very dog friendly and what a wonderful back yard. we really enjoyed our stay!

Great house perfect location in-between beaches!

We stayed at Bryan and Amie’s place for a week for family vacation. I can honestly say this was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The house was spacious with plenty of rooms for us and our 2 kids (a teen and a pre-teen) to have our own space and lots of areas to spend together as well. The pool was phenomenal, even through some rain showers our kids barely left. The firepit was nice to relax at the end of the day and an outdoor grill allowed us to make some nice dinners at the house! The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds comfortable with lots of closet space. Our favorite room was the day room in the master suite for lounging and reading a good book. Enjoyed taking in an early morning thunderstorm from the screened in porch as well. Amie/Bryan and Amber were very quick to respond and make check in/out a breeze. We were so sad to leave and already can’t wait to come back. Close to so many beaches/things to do in a short drive. Everyone should stay here!! :)

The house was easy to find & conveniently located in regards to: beaches, Publix, Wal Mart, coffee shops, gas stations etc.. We were familiar with this area already and the ease of getting to Indian Rocks beach and the others can't be beat! The location in the neighborhood was very quiet, especially relaxing outside at night with the house on either side seemingly unoccupied. We weren't sure about noise from the road behind but it was almost non-existent. The house was clean, towels and linens clean as well. The hot tub was fantastic and the pool was clean and warmer than our last 2 rentals, we appreciated that for the evening swims! The 3 umbrellas outside allowed us to keep one on the table and move the other 2 to create a shade spot over the pool steps, perfect on those hot FL days. The game room was fun for all and a washer/dryer was a must-have for us. The beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler were super convenient and we left a new beach chair for the next guests to enjoy.

Great airbnb for families. We had 2 small ones with us and they had all amenities we needed- pack n play (even sheets!), kids toy (for inside and for the beach), and high chair. Love the open living room to kitchen area. About 15mins drive to clearwater beach, so we were away from crazy touristy area, but still close enough for us to enjoy beach every day.

The Home was just as described. We throughly enjoyed swimming in the pool every day! The home's proximity is perfect as you're close to town for shopping and eating out, but also minutes away from the beach! We loved that the home was 1 level making it perfect for my elderly parents. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and the flexibility of booking during the week and not just Saturday to Saturday was great for our schedule. We enjoyed lunch at PJ'S Oyster Bar and Guppy's. Were able to have pizza delivered from Super Sardo's as well! The Botanical Gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed playing golf in Largo just down the road. The pool table was great and we enjoyed many nights of card playing at the dining table. It was convenient to have Smart TV's in every room as well as outside on the covered lanai. The lanai was perfect for reading a book with a cold beverage right from the outdoor fridge! Any questions we had were answered promptly by Danielle and always with resolution!

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

The condo was wonderful - spacious, spotless and super quiet which made for a relaxing stay. I liked having a washer and dryer, dishwasher and beach supplies. Marta was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in on me during my stay, which I appreciated.

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.

We loved our stay! The hosts were great at communicating with us. Very clear instructions. Place was just like the photos. Very enjoyable stay!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Excellent apartment, comfortable, equipped and comfortable. I would definitely come back, and highly recommend it
