Non posso fare altro spendere buone parole per questa esperienza fantastica e complimentarmi con Riccardo per la gestione che riserva ai suoi clienti che tratta come fossero amici di vecchia data. Tutto perfetto..posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da Greve in Chianti,e circondato da aziende agricole e vigneti,ottima pulizia e alloggio molto molto particolare e curato nel dettaglio,sia all'interno che all'esterno dove si ha a disposizione il parcheggio coperto per la macchina e un grandissimo giardino che offre una visuale mozzafiato e panoramica sulla vallata. Riccardo disponibilissimo a chiarire ogni aspetto non solo riguardo la sua struttura ma anche di tutto ciò che lo circonda,pronto a consigliarvi e a darvi spiegazioni e indicazionii di ogni genere per rendere ottimale il vostro soggiorno. Quando tornerò da quelle parti passerò sicuramente a trovarlo.

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Alloggio splendido! ci è piaciuto molto come è arredato l'interno e l'esterno. Il giardino mi è piaciuto particolarmente. tanti angoli suggestivi da scoprire, con statue nascoste nel verde e piccoli tavolini. Location ideale per passare un weekend nel verde in relax lontano dalla città.

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

This house is so beautiful. It is at the bottom of town.. if you drive it’s perfect because you can park near the house, cute coffee shop and free parking if you get lucky! View is so beautiful both from the house and walking into town. I’m really happy with location and house. He was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung gleich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es war super viel Platz vorhanden und alles picobello sauber. Von Monto Baducco waren Ausflüge nach Bologna, Florenz, Pisa,....sehr gut möglich. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen liebwn Dank an den Vermieter.

We had an amazing time at Mario & Cristina’s place. The house was absolutely beautiful, (and has a really cool history; it was fun to stay in such a historic building) and the garden was so so lovely! (We loved hanging out with Signore Tartaruga! 🐢) Located right in beautiful medieval San Gimignano, close to everything you need (especially the world’s best gelato at Dondoli’s!) It was a wonderful stop on our honeymoon and San Gimignano will have a special place in our hearts forever! Grazie mille Mario e Cristina! We hope we can return one day!

We hebben genoten van het geweldige huis van Maria. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Maria en haar familie, waar we verwelkomt werden met een fles wijn en lekkere taart. We waren met 6 volwassenen. Er is meer dan voldoende ruimte. Fijn dat iedere slaapkamer voorzien is van een eigen badkamer. Het is een prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving met een heerlijk zwembad tussen de olijfbomen en het is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg fijn is ook de oplader voor de elektrische auto. We haalden elke morgen vers brood bij de plaatselijke bakker in het dorpje 5 minuten rijden met de auto. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de mooie steden zoals Lucca, Siena, Florence. Ook het strand is prima te doen. We hebben ons zeer thuis gevoeld. Maria en familie, bedankt voor de geweldige tijd in jullie mooie huis.

Giulia was easy to work with. Her apartment is quiet and peaceful. It is centrally located to make day trips. The area and town was easy to walk. Thank you. Renae

I really enjoyed my stay. Love the family. Love the property. I had it booked for two months and found out that since I was going towards Spainish visa I have to go back to Spain and complete 183 days per year. Italy was not included in my stay. But, I had a wonderful time at his home. It was great feeding their pet chicken. Everyone including Nona was helpful and Lorenzo also and the daughter. I would definitely go back. My Service Dog Willow loved the yard and neighbors. The only thing that was bad was the weather. It was so hot I felt like I was going to pass out sometimes walking back uphill. But, then again I’m 65 years old and now I know to come back in cooler weather or only go out between 6 am to 11 am. Or wait until nightfall. The rates are great if you rent for the entire month. And thank you for maintaining the yard So beautiful. We both loved it. Thanks again to all the family. 😘

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Erg mooi appartement , leuk ingericht met een heel groot terras met jacuzzi en mogelijkheid om in schaduw te zitten. Heerlijk om af te koelen na dagtochtjes. Was er heerlijk vertoeven. Bakker, groentewinkels en paar kleine supermarkten in de buurt en oude centrum van Lucca op Loopafstand. Fijne douche en goed bed. Prima airconditioning. Gratis parkeren op paar honderd meter afstand en voor de deur ook mogelijk tegen kosten.

Siamo stati benissimo, l’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso e pulitissimo. La terrazza enorme offre la possibilità di godersi tempo in relax sia per adulti che per bambini durante la bella stagione. L’area giochi nell’area condivisa ha permesso ai nostri bambini di vivere un magico soggiorno ricco di divertimento. Chiara e Tommaso sono stati gentilissimi ed ospitali. Torneremo sicuramente

Tolle geräumige Wohnung, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Hilfreiche Informationen durch die netten Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage. 2 tolle Bäder mit Regendusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit vielen Kleinigkeiten, die man im Alltag gebrauchen kann. Der Garten mit dem Grill ist toll mit schönem Ausblick auf die traumhafte Landschaft mit den Weinbergen und Zypressen. Wenn man ein Baby hat, sollte man ein gutes Babyphone mit weitreichenden Verbindung mitnehmen, da der Garten ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Paola e Gianni attenti ad ogni dettaglio e molto disponibili. Posto che merita di essere visitato. L'alloggio è incantevole, molto ben curato e la pulizia è ottima. Per chi cerca la tranquillità è una zona incantevole. Abbiamo trovato condizioni meteo variabili ma l'alloggio già riscaldato e le stufe accese, già questo è stato un ottimo benvenuto. All'interno dell'abitazione c'è tutto il necessario che può servire. Il posto è ideale per relax e camminate, per chi ama stare nella natura e in tranquillità.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell’alloggio di Lisa e non posso che raccomandarlo calorosamente! Immerso nel bosco, questo appartamento offre un’atmosfera di tranquillità e pace, perfetta per una fuga dalla vita quotidiana. L’appartamento è non solo accogliente, ma anche impeccabile nella pulizia e nell’arredamento, con dettagli curati che creano un ambiente davvero piacevole. Lisa si è rivelata un’ottima host: sempre disponibile e pronta a fornire suggerimenti su attività da fare nei dintorni. Se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi e rigenerarvi, questo è senza dubbio il luogo ideale. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno in questa casa, particolare e accogliente, immersa nella tranquillità. L’ambiente è curato nei dettagli e trasmette una sensazione di calore e originalità. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più sono stati i dintorni: davvero incantevoli!

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und spontan. Super zu erreichen und ein echt sympathischer Kerl. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern da und Ricardo hat sich super darum gekümmert das alles in Sicherheit steht und sogar Werkzeug bei einer kleinen Panne vorbei gebracht. Das Haus an sich war rustikal aber sehr passend eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Töpfen und Pfannen bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Es ist und bleibt ein kleines, rustikales Häuschen in der Toskana. Was will man mehr. Unsere Truppe würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!

Un petit chalet et son jardinet avec piscine situé idéalement au cœur de la Toscane, les villes de Pise, Sienne, Florence et Lucca sont a plus ou moins 1h de route. Nicoletta et son père nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux ! Ils sont adorables et très a l'écoute, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ils répondent très vite ! la piscine est entretenue tous les jours et donc d'une propreté absolue, quel bonheur de pouvoir s'y détendre après une journée de visite dans la chaleur Toscane, puis de déguster son dîner en terrasse avec vue sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil quotidiens ! le chalet est propre et contient tout le nécessaire (si je veux chipoter il manquerait quelques petites choses dans la cuisine commes quelques couverts en plus et un saladier ou deux par exemple, mais cela permettrait juste de passer de quelque chose de ja très bien à super, donc c'est vraiment si on cherche la petite bête) et la climatisation est très appréciable. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Wij hebben 2 weken genoten van ons verblijf in Benabbio. We kwamen voor rust en goed weer en dit hebben we gekregen. Het huisje was perfect: het was er heel privé, het uizicht was prachtig, de tuin kleurrijk en heeft verschillende plekjes om buiten te vertoeven, we zijn dan ook vrij weinig op uitstap gegaan omdat het er zo goed was. Het was een leuk contact met Luca, die indien nodig zal klaarstaan en tips geeft. Een aanrader!

Ce séjour chez Massimo a été paradisiaque. Nous sommes venus pour visiter Florence et rentrer le soir après une journée de marché pour y retrouver du calme et un environnement sain était parfait. Une impression d’être seuls au monde avec une vue lointaine sur Florence. Bassin d’eau et barbecue étaient bienvenus pour combler la perfection du séjour. Nous n’avons pas testé le four à pizza mais nous comptons revenir vite et le tester. Nous avons même eu droit à un spectacle de lucioles tous les soirs … parfait. Merci pour cette parenthèse de vie si ressourçante Massimo. À bientôt.
