Our recent stay at this charming hilltop homestay in Patlikuhal exceeded every expectation. Nestled up the little hill, the property boasts a beautiful, well-maintained garden that instantly welcomes you, and the breathtaking Himalayan views from every room made waking up here an absolute delight. The interior decor is beautiful with plenty cozy spaces to spend time with your people. The rooms were impressively spacious, interiors thoughtfully designed to balance comfort and rustic charm, and equipped with every amenity you’d wish for—making it feel like a true home away from home. Whether it was plush bedding, hot water availability, or reliable Wi-Fi, everything was on point. The meals were delicious and served well on time! What truly elevated the experience was the warm, attentive service. Our host Shivin and the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help and ensuring our stay was comfortable. A beautiful stay away from the touristy and crowded part of Manali!

Good stay. The property is walking distance to the main attractions of the town. Clean - room, bathroom, shared balcony, and overall the entire place. Table-chair for laptop-based work is also provided. Host is very nice, well behaved, and friendly. He even invited me to his birthday party which is really cool of him. I’d like to thank him, and his entire family for a peaceful stay. Thanks.

my family (my husband, me, my daughter and my 75 year old mother in law had a fantastic, memorable and unforgettable stay at Ayush:s Lazy and slow. Ayush is a fantastic host-responsive, soft spoken and very very helpful. since our trip was very soon after the war, I had innumerable questions all of which he answered patiently. since I was traveling with a senior citizen, I also had several questions about weather and accessibility,all of which were promptly and clearly addreiby him. the property itself is absolutely gorgeous. it's well maintained, very clean, blends in very artistically with the surroundings and is characterized by resounding silence broken only by the calls of innumerable birds. there are apple trees around the property and beautiful trails around to walk in and absorb the peace. a special mention must be made of chetan bhaiyya who attended to all our needs with a quick and charming smile on his face and of abinash who cooked absolutely delicious meals.

A very peaceful and easy to reach place. Along the river and away from crowd, noises. You will embrace babble of the river, chirping of different birds, psithurism of gentle wind all together... House is exactly how it is described. An old traditional pahadi house which has everything you would need to match this environment. Everything was clean, washroom was big and spotless. Utensils were organized and were enough to cook anything. Surrounded by thousands of apple and plum trees, the passage down the river is a must for stroll. Mummy Ji (Ambika's Mother) is so caring that we felt just at home. Our 2 year old daughter enjoyed a lot with Snowy (the naughty dogo). This place will take you back in time for sure. Driving here is easy and vehicle remains in your sight all the time. Nearby restaurants deliver good food at decent prices. A five star in it's own category!

I recently stayed at the dog on the hill that exceeded all my expectations. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their friendly dogs were a delightful bonus, adding to the homely atmosphere with their playful and affectionate nature. The view from the homestay was nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to stunning landscapes was a highlight of my stay. The environment was serene and picturesque, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of the best parts of my experience was the opportunity to make new friends. I met some truly wonderful people during my stay. The combination of a great host, friendly dogs, beautiful views, and new friendships made this homestay an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

I was and I’m still in awe of this place, the way it is designed and decorated was beyond my expectations, didn’t feel the urge to step out. The beautiful view , the incredible surroundings and best food and on top of that our host! Arshi was the reason we enjoyed our stay even more , it felt like we are at home , we connected well, she helped us in and out and was always responsive. You can’t miss the food there. I am still planning if I can revisit her soon.

The property itself is stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, taking care of all the aesthetics 😅✨. The views from the property are breathtaking, with nature all around providing the perfect peaceful escape. One of the best parts was the fresh, delicious food prepared with love using vegetables grown right there in their own garden.
