Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Woche Skilaufen. Direkt neben dem Lift, unten im Haus der Skiverleih und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Mahtava sijainti kävelyetäisyyden päässä Rukan kylästä ja länsirinteistä! Toimiva kohde myös lapsiperheille. Rauhallinen sijainti ja asunnosta näkyi hieno ilta-aurinko. Naapuriasunnoista ei myöskään kuulunut ääniä. Alakerran kuntosalilta löytyi hyvin käsipainoja ja tanko + kyykkypaikka, sekä Concept 2:n soutu- ja hiihtolaitteet = kaikki tarpeellinen toiminnalliseen harjoitteluun 👍🏻. Jos jotain kehitettävää pitäisi keksiä niin asunnon wifi ei tahtonut riittää juuri mihinkään.

Amazing Stay in Finnish Lapland The Airbnb is in a wonderfully remote location, perfect for a private and peaceful experience. Activities like snowmobiling with Pekka (the host) and a husky tour with David (Matara Creek Oy) were unforgettable and felt intimate, far from crowded tourist spots. We were also lucky enough to see the northern lights. Since the area is so remote, all you need to do is cross the road, and you’re surrounded by darkness: perfect for aurora viewing. There’s even a bird tower nearby that offers an excellent spot to watch the lights. Truly unforgettable! The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful extras like spices, towels, and even cold-weather gear. Pekka and Satu were fantastic hosts—respectful of our privacy but happy to help when needed. Don’t miss the sauna or the campfire experience after a snowmobile tour! Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic Lapland getaway.

Jari was particularly attentive to our requests and very invested in making sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend this place, which allowed us to see the northern lights for New Year's! It was an exceptional moment, and Jari made sure we didn’t miss it by almost running to our door to knock and let us know, aha! If you're hesitating, hesitate no more! :)

What an amazing place to stay it was totally perfect for our family of 6 children. The house was home from home and the kids loved the gymnasium where the boys slept. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Cooking was was after a trip to the supermarket. The grounds were enormous and so beautiful. The outside sauna and kota were so much fun. As for Marja and Pierre, they are the most incredible, loving wonderful people. They were so kind and helpful. They helped with husky and reindeer rides and with hiring a car and trains/buses. True human angels that made our holiday extra special. I will forever treasure cooking sausages with Pierre on the open fire. They cooked us a delightful meal on New Year’s Eve and welcomed us like family. Thank you so much. You have touched our hearts xx
