The pictures provided look’s just as good in person, very homey vibe, and doesn’t smell bad at all. Ronell communicated very well and didn’t give me a hard time, also sent me a list of food recommendations which were very helpful. Just be mindful because I’m pretty sure he stays under the 2 bedroom. (Definitely would book again) .

the booklet of local things to do and see was very appreciated. the only things I would change is the cleanliness of the kitchen drawers and the outlets were a little concerning. the location was safe and the area was quite. we would definitely stay again

Very responsive and informative host; loved the location and quality of the place. I felt as if I was a guest at a nice hotel with all the amenities and welcoming condiments for our morning coffee among other things, but we also enjoyed the type of privacy found only at an airbnb location. All around, it was a wonderful stay/experience. Will/Would absolutely stay again.

Super clean, nicely appointed attached guest house, recently remodeled, in great Uptown location. Neelis was always easy to reach.

Don was by far one of the best hosts we have ever had. He brought us a case a water just to make sure we could carry waters with us when we went out for the day. He responded so quickly and gave so many local recommendations to help with planning. The check out was so nice and relaxed in comparison to the laundry list of instructions you normally receive. We had a great stay and will check for availability with Don before booking our next stay.

Was told by a coworker that the Holy Cross area was “super sketchy” and that I would be best off trying to get a refund. HE WAS SO WRONG. My girlfriend and I loved the area. This is a very special area where New Orleans natives actually live. It’s not touristy whatsoever. If you want to stay in a hotel then do that. If you want to experience NOLA like a local then this is the best deal you can get. The local restaurants and bars offer excellent food and drink at great prices and you’re a 10 minute drive from the French quarter. Patricia’s place has high ceilings, excellent air conditioning, super comfy bed and futon, and easy street parking. Thanks for everything and we will probably try to book again when we do return!

We had to come to town for a family emergency, and Ivianna allowed us to extend our stay. The house was beautiful and spacious—just the oasis we needed to rest between family events. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were spacious. I loved the unique golf card experiences; we even saw a few gators. Ivianna was the best host, communicative, and replied to any issues quickly. I left a previous review since we extended the stay, but I would recommend it and stay again.

House was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Loved the back deck on the water even when it rained it was nice just sitting and watching. Just wish we were there more than we were to enjoy the house and deck fully. Would definitely stay again if we are this way.

100 recommend this host and property. The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful scenery, peaceful and private location, and historic charm of this place. Stephen and his family are extremely hospitable, very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We hope to come back again very soon!

We felt the house was in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, very clean, and convenient location. The house was just like the photos. We also did enjoy 2 of the attractions from the array of pamphlets Walter left there.

First of all, Carlton was a great host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the property or area. Very warm and inviting. 10/10 As for the home, it was great as well. Very spacious and clean. Both were big bonuses for four guys traveling for work. The kitchen had everything we needed to not have to go out to eat every night. The grill on the patio was a huge plus. The backyard was private and great for enjoying the evenings. Best part is on the other side of the back fence was a golf course. Big win. Located in a nice/safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The space was nice and clean. Plenty of clean towels and I also liked the washer and dryer. Very nice neighbors as well. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next visit.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Brad and his team were helpful and quick to respond; all instructions were very clear. The unit was spotless and cozy, and the complex was modern and peaceful. I can't say enough about the neighborhood. It was very pleasant and the people were friendly and welcoming. It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated—everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Another big plus was the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind and made coming and going super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. And when we wanted to explore further, a quick Uber ride got us to all the best spots downtown New Orleans has to offer. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a safe, stylish, and convenient place to stay in NOLA!

We loved our stay at The Natchez! We had 5 small kids so the pool and outdoor area were a big plus! Walkable to everything we did during our stay and surrounded by lots of good restaurants. Will definitely be back.

This was a great Air BnB. Location was awesome. Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you want to be on bourbon, or right next to the French Quarter, you may want to look elsewhere. We took an Uber every time we wanted to head over to the French Quarter. You can definitely drive over but parking over there is absurd and this Air BnB has parking for you which was awesome! The place is clean and spacious! The only thing I will say is the title advertised a private backyard. Our unit did not have a backyard. It did however have a nice patch of grass right outside the front door for our dog which was nice. All around, great spot! Would recommend!
