Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lantosque

We had a wonderful time at Elena's AirBnB. Although the place is a little off the beaten path (2.3 km drive over a narrow road), that's what makes for its charm and charm. You live in the middle of nature and have a phenomenal view of the mountains. We were able to experience a lot with our two dogs during our week hiking holiday and had a great time.

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Location, location, location…the most beautiful view of the village! Celine’s place is picturesque and you immediately feel relaxed, like going back home. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

This stay was beyond our expectations. The barn renovation project is simply magnificent, combining charm, comfort and authenticity. The view from the large bay window is breathtaking and invites contemplation and rest. A huge thank you to Sandrine and her husband for their availability, kindness and warm welcome. The village is full of charm and the locals are very kind. The calm that reigns in the surroundings allowed us to fully recharge. This moment will remain etched in our minds. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We loved Florian's house and were sad to leave it! The location is unique because it is immersed in nature. The sea view is magnificent, but there is also the mountain rock and the many trees with all the birdsongs that make you feel out of time or rather in an older time with the sound of bells in the distance. The house is very contemporary and very comfortable. Everything is perfectly arranged and equipped. Every part of the house is pleasant both outside and inside. Florian was very friendly and concerned with making sure we had everything we needed. Really very relaxing and exotic stay!

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Rustic accommodation. Well equipped with everything you need for daily needs. Location is beautiful and very quiet. The large property was particularly well liked by our dog. We were able to play table tennis in the garden and use the pool. Stefano was very friendly and everything went very smoothly. There is a helpful folder in the house with information and tips for the area. Above all, the page with the hikes that are allowed for dogs has helped us a lot.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

My husband and I just returned from a week visit at Delphine and Chris' place. We absolutely loved it. I think this is one the nicest vacation rentals we have ever booked. The apartment is adorable and has everything you could need. This includes pool towels, robes and kitchen condiments like homemade olive oil. The garden is beautiful complete with a pool and jacuzzi. The hosts are amazing and invited us twice for drinks and snacks. They gave us daily weather updates and suggestions for day trips and restaurants. It is a lovely place to vacation and I would not hesitate to return.

An idyllic setting, a very comfortable home, and a thoughtful host. The garden has been privatized for us which is very nice with an animal and to make aperitifs! We loved it and highly recommend this place for nature lovers, everything was perfect, thank you again Anna

We had a great stay at Fabienne's. The accommodation is very nice and cozy. Fabienne welcomed us in person, she and her two adorable dogs (one of them, a footballer at heart😉). And her cookies were a unanimous delight, a very much appreciated treat, thank you!

We loved staying here. The garden is beautiful and felt very tranquil. The pool was a lovely extra, and it was easy to access. The house was lovely and cool in comparison to outside. I'd wondered if we would need air-conditioning, but we didn't at all. It was a really nice place to spend time and there were some lovely touches like candles, a nice bottle of wine and some nice food basics. We did a little laundry and the facilities were great, though I struggled to get a few items dry inside, but was able to dry them easily in the garden. Kat was a great host and was able to recommend some great restaurants. Sorry I missed your message confirming checkout time, Kat. I don't check my email as frequently on holiday and that morning we were focused on packing, clearing the kitchen, etc, for the checkout at 10. Bargemon was a gorgeous town to explore, lots to see, some lovely places to eat, all days of the week. It was lovely and peaceful here - we slept well.
