Half way between Bath and Bristol is our charming and cosy eighteenth century newly renovated old stable. This unique space is the perfect retreat for two in a village location with Georgian Bath six miles in one direction and vibrant Bristol six miles in the other. And when you want to escape from the delights of these very different cosmopolitan centres there are many beautiful walks here on the edge of the Cotswolds to explore, with two lovely country pubs within walking distance.

A clean, compact space with comfortable double bed, private entrance and en-suite facilities. Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. This converted barn is one of three cottages situated at the end of a quiet lane on the family's working sheep farm in the picturesque village of Kelston. Although only ten drive minutes from the centre of Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol it is set in beautiful countryside surrounded by rolling hills. It is a cosy single storey property with a luxuriously large corner whirlpool bath, electric 'wood burning stove' effect fire and pretty wrought iron bed.

Close to both Kingswood and The Royal High School.
