Vous apprécierez mon logement pour sa déco originale, son emplacement à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et le calme. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les familles (avec enfants) et les compagnons à quatre pattes, le jardin étant clos. En supplément Draps et serviettes Forfaits de 20 euros pour 2 personnes et 5 euros par personne supplémentaire. L’électricité et l’eau sont en supplément, maison equipée d’une pompe à chaleur pour le chauffage.

Jardin de 2000m2 avec terrasse, salon de jardin, coin feu, bar extérieur et barbecue, commun avec notre maison. Un espace de vie avec salon, cuisine ouverte, canapé-lit (160x200) pour 2 personnes, salle de bain avec WC et un lit (90x190) 1 personne. Belle terrasse face à la mer.

Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity).
