Villa familiale de 200m² sans vis à vis parfaite pour des vacances paisibles à 5 minutes des plages en voiture. Nous proposons un grand jardin avec piscine chauffée (du mois d’avril au mois de septembre) ainsi qu'un salon enterré idéal pour partager de bons moments. La maison est composée d'un grand salon-séjour, d'une mezzanine espace détente, d'une cuisine équipée, de 5 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 1 WC. Equipement bébé disponible. Le linge de maison n’est pas fourni actuellement.

Bienvenue dans votre petit cocon, un studio cosy & chaleureux où confort et détente se rencontrent. Idéal pour un séjour en solo, en amoureux ou avec bébé, vous trouverez tout pour vous sentir chez vous : lit, chaise haute et parc sont prévus. 🧻 Pour des raisons écologiques et afin de limiter le gaspillage, un rouleau de papier toilette est mis à disposition à votre arrivée. 🐾 Et parce qu’ils font partie de la famille, vos animaux sont les bienvenus ! Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the end of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming holiday cottage in the water with beautiful views. In a small port typical of Brittany with a strong marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing on foot, within 50m, port cafe, restaurant and live fish sales by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years of age.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Les gîtes d'Hellen

Mon logement est proche de la mer, à la campagne, centré par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques du Finistère. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement, le calme, et le confort. Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. The apartment is located at the start of the GR 34 Locquirec Bay panoramic view. It is located 200m from the beach. It consists of a living room, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.
