Zentrale, kleine Souterrainwohnung mit separatem Eingang. 120x200 Bett ,nur für eine (1) Person geeignet. Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Anreise Tag) Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

Sie wohnen ruhig und doch zentral im Süden Nürnbergs (Katzwang), mit eigener Terrasse und Gartenanteil. Die Wohnung liegt im Nürnberger Süden, das Zentrum und insbesondere die Messe (zu Fuss ca. 25 Min.) sind mit allen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Durch die ideale Aufteilung ist die Unterkunft perfekt für alle, die einen zentral gelegenen Wohlfühlplatz suchen. Das Bad ist klein aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Frenchpress und Toaster sind vorhanden.

Quiet and nice area, but very near to Nuremberg Messe (Fair / Exhibition) and close to the highway. You can reach the city center by tram 5 from Worzeldorfer Straße and underground line 1 from Frankenstraße within 17 minutes and if you stay in the tram you are able to drive directly to visit the Nuremberg zoo.
