Beautiful Flat with Snooker Room and Jacuzzi Bath

My place, close to transport links, is a perfect base for country or city. The flat, originally a 1920’s bungalow, is in the downstairs part of the house separated by a locked door and we live in the upstairs part of the house. We’re in the heart of the historic Scottish Borders with beautiful Edinburgh only 50 minutes away by train. Why not relax with a glass of wine in the private garden, jacuzzi bath or snooker room or curl up on the window seat with a good book.

Had a wonderful stay with the family. Beautiful home, lovely sitting room & very comfortable beds! Really enjoyed sitting out the back in the hammock listening to the birds singing with the sun on the hills. There’s a path directly across the road that leads to Melrose. Fabulous area, will visit again & highly recommend Catriona’s place. She was in touch with clear instructions about check in and on hand for the odd query I had.

We enjoyed our stay in Galashiels. The location gave us the opportunity to revisit our old home town. The property was comfortable and we could walk easily to shops, Dalgetys bakery, cafes and pubs. The Great Scottish Tapestry was well worth a visit and the cafe inside served excellent food. Fiona and Mark answered all questions promptly, gave good information on entry and exit requirements and helped us out when we wanted to extend our stay. So, would recommend and will contact them for accommodation on our next trip to Scotland.

We had a brilliant stay at Erin’s place in Melrose. The accommodation although small was well laid out and made the best use of space, it was also very stylish. The location couldn’t be better ideal for exploring Melrose. When I messaged Erin about bringing our dogs etc she was very responsive, the perfect host. Thanks again and would definitely stay here again

We greatly enjoyed our stay in June's apartment. It was beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the town and in particular Jedburgh Abbey. We took the circular walk from the Alltrails App. Beautiful scenery and views.
