Holiday rentals with a patio in Langs Beach

Thank you so much for hosting us. Your place was perfect and just what we were looking for to relax for few days. Pristine with high class fittings and furnishings. THE best shower head and linen! Great little townhouse, all new and shiny! Got heaps of sun and was toasty warm with the heat pump on the cool mornings. Loved the location it was so handy to the market, shops and theatre. Just a few minutes walk. The bed was super comfy.

The apartment was immaculate and stylish, with beautiful views of the water. Dianne and David were welcoming and friendly and helped make our stay memorable. We enjoyed the peaceful location and look forward to staying there again.

It was my first family holiday since 2017. The AirBnB was a new experience for me, but the hosts were respectful and their place was wonderful! I was able to bring our 2 x dogs which was great and I took them for a walk every morning, greeting others with their dogs on the way. My adult children loved being able to hang out at the beach and sit in the hot tub or use the kayaks on offer. My husband unfortunately worked every day but was able to enjoy to peace and quiet at night. Having a washing machine was practical and saved my workload when we returned home. We visited Charlies Gelato which was yum and I was able to purchase some beautiful wine from Brick Bay vineyard. Matakana was disappointing it felt like Auckland with long lines of traffic and expensive products however, the lady at Honest Chocolate was lovely. We fished off Scotts Landing and caught 5 legal snapper. All in all, I would highly recommend this AirBnB, absolutely the best holiday in a very long time. Thank you.

Fantastic villa with everything you could possibly need. Location was 10/10, the village is only a 2-3 min walk away if that but where the villa is located is so quiet and private. The villa was super clean, furnished well, and the bed was really comfortable, also appreciated the quality linens throughout from the beds to the towels. Lovely private deck to enjoy the sunshine. Kitchen had everything you would need for meals, same applies to the bathroom and laundry, everything you would have at home was provided for here. Jenny was a dream to deal with, responded promptly and the lock box check in made it even smoother. We will be definitely be back and are excited to have found a dream little villa to stay at. We will be repeat visitors thats for sure.

Monique's place was just perfect for a couple, tidy and uncluttered, light and bright. The hosts were kind enough to let us check in early and left a few thoughtful treats, which was much appreciated :-) The listed mentioned "The Heart Of Matakana" which is 100% correct. Great location for a walk across the road to restaurants, tap room, movie theater and the Saturday Markets. There is a lot to do in the area, wineries, marine reserves/beaches and sculpture trails to name a few - all within a 15 minute drive

Had an amazing stay. Very peaceful and calm. Has everything we need for a small holiday trip. The location of the house was great- close to shops and other utilities. Overall worth it.

We had a wonderful weekend and created some truly beautiful memories in this stunning home. The fireplace was a lovely touch, especially during the chilly mornings and evenings. The kitchen was modern, stylish and very practical, with a massive island bench that worked perfectly for our group. It made cooking and sharing meals together so easy and enjoyable. The hosts were readily available through the Airbnb app whenever we had questions, and they graciously allowed us a slightly later check-out as we were having such a beautiful weekend. The instructions for using the house facilities and checking out were clear and really helpful. The spa pool was amazing and added an extra layer of relaxation to an already perfect weekend. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

A spectacular experience for my partner and I. We wished we could have booked more nights! The scenery, the spa pool and just everything about this place was perfect. A nice getaway from the noise back in Auckland. The host was very accommodating. We definitely will be coming back! 5+ Star rating from us.

Great little spot to relax and unwind. Easy access to Kaiwaka, Mangawhai and Waipu, but also a really comfortable place to just hang out in if you don't want to go out. Mike and Leonie are really lovely, very responsive and helpful, including in the middle of a power cut due to storms!

Raewyn is a fantastic host. She made our overnight stay just so easy. The room actually is much better than the photos. It was spotlessly clean, fresh, comfortable bed, comfortable couch and a great size TV. Very private and peaceful. Raewyn was very friendly, showed us in , and even gave us some homemade limoncello! The fridge was well stocked with milk, orange juice, chocolate, fejoas and ground coffee. We will definitely be booking again next time we are up in Mangawhai! We had such a wonderful stay at Janice’s place! From the start, her communication was clear, friendly, and super helpful. The home itself had everything we needed and more—spacious, well-equipped, and really comfortable. The location was perfect for us, close to everything but still peaceful. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax, which made a big difference. We’d definitely love to stay again!

Had a great time with a group of us girls. The place was perfect set up for movie nights and walkable distance to the beach! Super easy check in and check out and the place was spotless.
