For those interested in paddling, the archipelago is available less than 100 meters from the house. Bredsanden, which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, is secluded and is 200 meters away from the house. There is an option to fish in Lake Vänern without a fishing license. Herrestad ligger som en grön oas mitt i en lantbruksbygd och nära Sveriges största sötvattensjö. Djurlivet är rikt, både när det gäller fågelliv och hjortdjur. Ofta kan man se både rådjur och älg i trädgården. Nu har livet ute i naturen också utökats med vildsvin. På våren blommar de vackra äppelträden och husen är omgivna av flera olika sorters vackra lövträd.

You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.
