With an area of 32 m2, on the ground floor of a detached house, with a private parking space, this pleasant studio consists of a beautiful living room. A double bed, sitting area, equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and dressing room. Bed linen and towels provided.

Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.
