Located in the municipality of LA LECHERE in a small heart near the Thermal Treatment of La Léchère (2 min by car). Close to shops located in Aigueblanche (5 min by car) and close to the Valmorel ski area (20 min by car and shuttle during school holidays), as well as Nave with these walks in the middle of nature, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

In the surrounding of Annecy as the mountains start , this 180m² big chalet-style home will be the perfect place for family reunion or holidays with friends. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Perfect to make the most of what both lac and mountains have to offer.

In the heart of the Alps overlooking Mont Blanc, the resort of Les Arcs 1800 is accessible all winter by TGV + funicular. (see attached photo) Our duplex apartment for 6 people is close to ski schools and ski lifts. Come and spend a good vacation with family or friends in the Archeboc. (Ski lifts for the entire resort accessible in 5 minutes)
