A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Welcome! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who moved to the green heart of France in late 2020. We speak some French, also English and our mother tongue German. We invite you to discover the calm and charm of our new region, the Auvergne. In our house you will find a rustic vegetable garden, Vietnamese pigs and ancient chickens. There are also two cats, rabbits and numerous ducks. We invite you to taste our vegetables and eggs. See you soon! :)

Our accommodation – rated 4 stars **** – is unique. It is unique because we built it ourselves from A to Z with noble and natural materials. It is unique because it is spacious, bright and quiet. It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Welcome to the Plateau des Combrailles, at the gates of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park, and facing the Chaîne des Puys. Vincent, Caroline and I (Christine) welcome you to our cottage! We are available to you throughout your stay if needed. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms (shower rooms and toilet) and bed linens and towels are provided. Very well equipped kitchen, barbecue, pool table and pétanque court.

Along a pretty valley and river, our yurt welcomes you like camping, but with the comfort of bedding and cooking. There is no running water or electricity, but a water system and battery lights are installed. There is a solar panel available to charge your phones. Bathroom with solar shower in the garden shed and dry toilet are accessible in a cabin. Breakfasts are available upon request. We look forward to welcoming you!
