Direct access to the bike path towards the coast. The seaside resort of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, with its harbor, promenade and beaches is a 10-minute drive.

This ground floor is located in the municipality of La Chaize Giraud, a small town of character, close to the beaches of Brétignolles-sur-Mer (5 km). They will be accessible by a bicycle path. The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, 1 with toilet, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Guests have access to the garden, barbecue and garden furniture.
