We had a wonderful stay, with my mom, at this typical little house in the area. It is located in a very calm and soothing place. Easily accessible by car, we were able to enjoy Brest and its surroundings. Thanks to Lénaik for the welcome, we will not hesitate to return.

Very nice apartment, clean, well-equipped kitchen, nice terrace. I enjoyed finding a library with a wide variety of books. Secure parking is a plus. Highly recommend this apartment.

Sylvette's place was nicer than the pictures showed. The beds, bedding and the furniture were all very comfortable. The space itself was an oasis. The sauna, the hot tub, the peaceful surroundings, the beach all contributed to a great stay. The kitchen is a dream, appointed beyond expectations. The attention to details in the decor is a pleasure for the eyes. The beach is easily accessible by a short walk. There are restaurants, grocery stores and other shops a short drive away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend to anyone.

The house is beautiful, very clean, spacious (more so in real life!), pool wasn't too cold either! Very peaceful and quiet and comfortable beds. For a family vacation grandparents, children, grandchildren it was a success. The little ones particularly enjoyed the pool. Aurélie, very friendly, has always responded very quickly to our requests of any kind. Access to the sea by a small path is very nice , you can let the children go without fear of cars. Great house, fantastic view, dolphins and Kevin always available and super helpful, the sauna is the best!, right on the beach, super restaurant nearby.. we couldn't get enough of the view of the sea. The terrace deserves more than 5 stars. The town of Plouescat with very good shopping facilities is 5 minutes by car. We would love to come back!

We stayed at Emmanuelle's for the long weekend of Ascension. And it was very pleasant. According to the description, the house is tastefully decorated, very well laid out, very functional. The neighborhood is also worth noting in the big pluses of this accommodation: quiet, calm and serene. The beach, with fine sand, is accessible in 2 minutes on foot. We thank Emmanuelle for all this and for her welcome and responsiveness. Honestly, we'll keep this address for our next weekends/holidays in this area, we haven't seen all of its beaches and heavenly landscapes.

With family or friends, a beautiful and very well designed house! The large bays and windows give a through view of both a very beautiful countryside and the sea a little further away. The distribution of the rooms allows real privacy (several bathrooms and toilets). Living room, lounge, kitchen, terraces with a great barbecue on one side and brazier on the other: great! Les Koumouls is an architecturally exceptionally tastefully designed house surrounded by beautiful nature. Even sleeping becomes an experience. Through the panoramic window in the gable, the posterior sky can be observed wonderfully from the bed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Very nice accommodation, really very clean located in a small village in the heart of nature, quiet. Many hikes in the surrounding area and the sea less than an hour's drive away. Very nice stay
