John's place was the perfect getaway for my sister and I. Centrally located to shopping and great restaurants in downtown Loveland and Cincinnati! The unique space/building turned apartment is private and has beautiful surroundings in the back. We seen deer a couple of times! The inside is clean and cozy... we had everything we needed. John was pleasant and checked on us throughout our stay. I would definitely go back!

This is the second time we rented this house and will likely rent again. Clean, comfortable, fit my family well, beautiful yard.

Was here for a dog agility show and the place was perfect. Could walk to Kroger groceries. She had a nice welcome basket with snacks. Definitely will come back to stay at Yvonnes place.

Great location centralized to all of Cincinnati and greater Cincinnati. We have family scattered all over Hamilton in Butler County, so this location worked out well as we felt like we were kind of in the middle of everything. About 20 or 30 minutes to everywhere you’d want to go. The area itself is full of things to do. Great restaurants, shopping. It’s all right there. I would recommend this place to anyone. The price was right, it was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip home :)
