We offer a 20 m2 studio adjoining our family home 300 metres from the beach. We would like to point out that our garden is currently under construction. The work in progress is not noisy. Access to the studio is independent of our house, it is via a small tree-lined path. You will have access to a shaded terrace. You can park in front of our house to drop off your luggage. To park your car, you have free parking 200 metres away.

Old farmhouse at the end of a dead end lane, on more than1 ha of countryside. Comfortable cottage with mini farm: goat, pig, chickens, goose, pony, donkey and horses, to feed if you want! Ideal for exploring the region (Auray, Carnac, Quiberon...). Master bedroom (bed 160), bathroom/wc, dressing room. Garden not fenced. Linens provided, bed made. Label Gîte de France. Cleaning to be done or flat rate: €40/stay or €20/1 night.
