You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Cozy, ecological and consciously equipped without TV and Internet, it offers a time to switch off. It is cozy for two, but with a sofa bed in the kitchen it is also possible for 1-2 more people. Forest, Baltic Sea, Bodden, various Mönchgut - everything is nearby and ready to be explored by you. 2 bikes are available. Feel welcome

Cozy, quiet apartment, first floor

Our apartment is quiet and offers good comfort. The floors and bathrooms were renovated in 2025, so everything is now very easy to maintain. The ground floor apartment has a terrace with a small garden that offers children and possibly a well-behaved dog space to run around. There is a new playground about 100 m away, and two quaint fish restaurants nearby are also very popular with our guests. The bedroom is equipped with an external Venetian blind.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level.
