The apartment is excellently located and offers direct views of the water. It is equipped with a bedroom, living room with small dining and kitchen area and a shower room. Outside there is a terrace and a barbecue area. Seedorf is located in the south-east of Rügen in the middle of a biosphere reserve and thus in fantastic nature. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Granitzblick vacation apartment (apartment no. 6)

Small duplex apartment in a vacation complex with 4 houses of 6 apartments each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, single dishwasher, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and dishes for up to 6 people. A children's travel bed and highchair are available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, but these are used by all residents for a fee/coin-operated. A parking place is available.
