You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. This charming accommodation is close to the town center of Folgoët and Lesneven (800 m from the city center), 12 minutes from Keremma beach. A large supermarket and various shops are close by. It consists of a 14 m² bedroom with a dressing room, sink and shower and a kitchen-WC room and small living room. You have access to the house's closed parking lot, as well as the garden and wooden terrace. The space is completely independent of the house.
