You have access to the house's closed parking lot, as well as the garden and wooden terrace. The space is completely independent of the house.

Cette maison est située dans un quartier calme à 17 km de Brest et de la mer . A proximité se trouvent une boulangerie et un traiteur épicerie . C’est une occasion de découvrir nos belles côtes Finistériennes…ainsi que les spécialités culinaires… La maison dispose désormais d’une nouvelle salle de bains ainsi que d’un toilette à l’étage pour plus de confort . Nous avons aussi une Senseo à disposition des hôtes.

Well-appointed studio, with every comfort, upstairs, above a garage (where you can store your bikes). Parking is available in front. In a peaceful setting, at the end of a large garden. (The little house on the meadow😉). You will find everything you need and if not, please do not hesitate to ask, we live next door. Shower, toilet. South facing terrace. Located 8kms from the first beaches.

The accommodation is located between Brest and Morlaix, ideal for discovering the Nord-Finistère. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside and the forest (hiking trail 50m away). Beaches are 12 kilometers away You will enjoy a large terrace equipped with a barbecue and a garden. The accommodation is equipped with bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, dish towels, sponge dish soap and garbage bag.

Unique countryside cottage

Gîte de Kerdiez. This cottage was made entirely by us , it took us 6 years to create a place that totally suits us. We are so excited to let you know about this slice of heaven. The cottage is surrounded by our sheep "Landes de Bretagne", peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s.
