We loved our stay in Wakefield. Lynda's place is so lovely and full of charm and character. Located right on the main street in Wakefield you're steps away from local restaurants, the boardwalk along the river, shops and walking trails. We visit Wakefield often and stayed here while our house was getting some work done. The apartment was clean, cosy and comfortable. Really enjoyable stay.

This place is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. There's a great walking path—about 3 km one way. There’s also a canoe and a kayak available, which is a great bonus. Suzanna and Fred were the perfect hosts. We shared many wonderful conversations, and they were always helpful with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We would definitely go back happily and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Just don’t forget your bug spray!

Absolutely lovely spot! We had such a relaxing time here. There was lots to do; kayaking, fishing off the dock, board games, Roku and more. Such a cozy vibe- we are definitely adding it to our list for future getaways. Kees was a great host; very easy to follow instructions and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

So glad we found this amazing place! It is nestled off the road in a quiet, beautiful location. The downstairs area is spacious, with a pool table and a dart board. The electric fireplace was such a nice addition for the colder than usual evening. Penny was such a great host! Fun filled fact- the space is filled with such pretty photos. I was so interested in them that I looked up the photographer and turns out it was Penny! I ended up purchasing a few pieces and I can’t wait to add them to my space at home! We had a great stay. This is an old Stone cottage with some more modern additions. it's right by the water although you can't access the river directly from the property, but there is river access just up the hill. the furniture and beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well set up. 3 bathrooms meant that we had plenty of space. Robyn was lovely and showed us around her nearby Forest school and generally just made us feel really welcome. We enjoyed seeing her chickens on the property (she lives next door). We wished that there was a bit more outside furniture but when I mentioned this to Robyn she said she would work on that, so I expect it'll be present soon. All round this was a great stay, portable air conditioners kept the space comfortably cool, it was a peaceful location and very walkable to the main street of Perth with shops and restaurants.

The place was beautiful, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and offered stunning views. Emily was a thoughtful host—she had arranged firewood for the fire pit and stocked the kitchen with a great selection of coffee and other essentials. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

Manuela’s home is incredibly spacious and very well suited to accommodate families and multiple couples. The home is located in close proximity to Perth, its parks, and a kayak/paddle board outfitters on the Tay River. The home is very sunny generally and it includes a lovely kitchen eating area as well as a large dining room for guests. The 2.5 bathrooms were well appointed and the kitchen was well equipped. The home was well cared for and very clean. Manuela is a helpful host who responded to our questions promptly.

The place is very nice, the kids liked the small sand beach. The water is very clean and nice to swim and fish. Views are amazing, and the store right across the street has everything you might need during the stay. Goran is great in communication.

Great place to stay! Out cottage was a bit small in the living/kitchen area but we made due. Close to the public boat launch which had alot of traffic but that was ok. Water was beautiful and beach area was perfect. Goran was always available to help with questions about his place. My family and fur baby had a wonderful weekend away. The store across the street is dangerous if you have children who like ice cream lol

This rental is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in a historic working class neighbourhood of Hull, between the Ottawa River & Gatineau Park. It offers excellent privacy, peace & convenience. With bike paths & hiking trails nearby, it's the ideal spot for cyclists that want direct access to the park while staying close to the city. Nearby bus routes offer rides into downtown Hull & Ottawa. There are convenience stores, a café, gas station, and restaurants at walking distance. The unit is modest but well-kept and very clean, with all the required basics. Self check-in and connecting to the WiFi was easy. Water pressure & hot water were ample. The kitchen was functional. The television had a Netflix account for guests. I enjoyed the interesting variety of books. The linens were clean & the beds were adequate for comfort. Additional lamps would be a positive. The screened back porch is a nice spot to sit with a morning coffee. Thank you to the hosts! I would stay here again in the future.

We had a wonder visit . Our family was visiting from Houston and enjoyed everything. Susan was wonderful. We had to contact her about something, and she responded right away, even thought she was about to board a plane. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for the memories.
