Nice apartment of 55m², quiet and sunny, close to all amenities, 10 min walk to the city center, 25 min to the ski slopes by car, 25 min to the lakes and 60 km to Geneva ( Switzerland). You can make very nice walks without taking the car ( waterfall of the ponytail, Flumen, donkeytail, Combes , Vuivre...). The municipal swimming pool is a 15-minute walk in a green setting. Apartment of 42 m2 on the 4th floor with elevator. Can accommodate up to 4 people. Furnished kitchen and separate room. Beautiful view of the plain - 3 km from the center of Les Rousses - next to the Swiss border. Ski slopes at 5 min. Residence with tennis and heated open pool (July-August) and games room with ping pong table. During the Christmas, February and summer holidays, I only rent by the week.
