Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lamezia Terme

I highly recommend this Villa - it surpassed our expectations. The best aspect is Maurizio’s services and excellent communication. He helped organise transfers (even at very short notice), arranged pizza chefs at the villa, and reliably responded to all our requests promptly. Hospitality and care like a 5* hotel. I planned a trip for 4 days for a group of 14 girls in mid-May. As soon as we landed in Catania, we felt we were being personally looked after. Maurizio helped me pre-arrange minibus transfers and kept in regular contact to ensure all was well. Exploring the grounds of the villa was a highlight. We enjoyed fresh oranges from the trees and squeezed large lemons into our drinks. There’s an excellent outdoor gazebo area with concrete ground and tent-like roof surrounded by beautiful trees. The terraces provide beautiful views of the sea, sunset and islands. The kitchen is small but was sufficient to cook for 14 people, with large pots/pans. Bedrooms huge and spacious

Great stay in Parghelia in August. Two-room apartment in the very nice villa. View from the window of the beautiful room...directly on the sea and on Tropea. Even more evocative to enjoy the wonderful sunsets directly on the deck chairs located in the villa's park. Everything is clean and in order of our arrival with the host who is always present and available. Pro active and responsive Mrs. Ivana did not miss anything. A plus for your friendliness. Well-equipped and functional apartment. Wonderful natural ventilation of the same. Air conditioning not used. Great for beach vacation with family. Location close to Michelino and Vardano beaches,…about 10 minutes walk. Parghelia's country even closer. Trope 5 minutes by car. Strategic location really. Congratulations. Great stay.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

The apartment is perfect, with an outdoor pool. Great for family vacations and not.

A wonderful place...we highly recommend it!

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The communication with the landlord was quick and easy.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Carmela was helpful and very attentive, a property with a lovely garden. Our studio apartment had a terrace from which you could see the sea. The location of her apartment is truly strategic, allowing you to move around easily and reach both the beautiful city of Tropea and the various beaches around.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful Tropea apartment. The balcony view was like a dream — watching the sunset each evening with our kids was unforgettable. Its location was perfect, just off Corso Vittorio Emanuele with plenty of dining options, and steps away from the beach and port. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

Natale and Claudia's house is beautiful. The terrace is magical and offers spectacular sunsets over the Aeolian Islands. The whole estate is a marvel; the fact that everything is fenced makes it much easier to manage, especially if you have a dog that likes to run away. It also makes you feel safe, the car is parked inside. I asked for a vacuum cleaner (due to the dog) and it was provided immediately. We asked for the barbecue and we also received it immediately. The washing machine was convenient, given the somewhat long stay (more than a week). Everything else was simply perfect. There isn't much around Rodia out of season, but with a few kilometres by car, the problem is solved.

Guests of Flavio, his apartment in Tropea was the best choice we could have made: excellent location, very close to both the most beautiful beaches and the historic centre; the interior is very well maintained, functional in the furnishings and impeccably clean! Flavio is a special host: thoughtful and helpful, he made us feel welcome, in a pleasant and friendly environment! Highly recommended on all fronts 🌟

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

Great well maintained structure, great location to quickly reach the necessary amenities and beaches. Only note that the mattresses were not comfortable. Overall we had a great time and the pool is an added value when you don't want to move around by car.

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Purposefully furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea, really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06, there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella. If you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had a perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 1 June. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

We were guests of Mr. Francesco alla Formaggera for a week. La Formaggera is located in a unique place for the landscape that surrounds it and a little enchanted by the saturated atmosphere of history that you can breathe in it. The house is simple, but delightfully furnished; the kitchen is well organized and equipped with everything you need and you can have lunch and dinner outside, cool. Far from the chaos, you can rest in the shade of the pines, surrounded by prickly pears and Calabra nature. The beautiful pool and its covered patio, much appreciated on warm days, are certainly a strong point. The sea is close and in the nearest town there are supermarkets and many other shops including the excellent Lagani dairy and the nearby pastry shop. The village of Badolato, a few kilometers away, is worth visiting.

Beautiful holiday in a beautiful place like the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria. With a car rented at Lamezia airport, we based ourselves at the Limoneto di Vittoria residence in the Ricadi area. From here, it's easy to get everywhere to the main beaches. Vittoria, always kind and helpful, informed us about all the main beaches, the commercial activities in the area and the non-touristy restaurants, but those frequented by locals, because we had asked her about this. Wonderful weather, spectacular sea and always calm. Super holiday.

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

The appartement is perfect. The kitchen is modern with everything you need for cooking. and the bedroom is very cosy. All looks new. We had a great time. There is always somebody around to help and support you. Great place with perfect service. Pizzo beach club is even more beautiful than you can see on the pictures. Beautiful pools and beach! Perfect for kids and family vacation. We recommend highly this place! Thank you .
