My group of friends and I spent New Year's Eve at this property. At check-in we met and met Mrs. Stella, available and sunny. Our short stay was more than pleasant and we will have no hesitation to return.

We were guests of Mr. Francesco alla Formaggera for a week. La Formaggera is located in a unique place for the landscape that surrounds it and a little enchanted by the saturated atmosphere of history that you can breathe in it. The house is simple, but delightfully furnished; the kitchen is well organized and equipped with everything you need and you can have lunch and dinner outside, cool. Far from the chaos, you can rest in the shade of the pines, surrounded by prickly pears and Calabra nature. The beautiful pool and its covered patio, much appreciated on warm days, are certainly a strong point. The sea is close and in the nearest town there are supermarkets and many other shops including the excellent Lagani dairy and the nearby pastry shop. The village of Badolato, a few kilometers away, is worth visiting.

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

Pasqualina is very friendly, she explains everything about the accommodation, she makes you feel very comfortable and available for every Your request. Very clean, functional accommodation also suitable for a family holiday to see the beautiful Calabrian beaches.

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice and well-maintained apartment close to the beach. She has everything you need, and in addition, Maria Giulia leaves refreshments for guests, which was very nice of her. The kitchen is very well equipped. We highly recommend this place and thank you for your hospitality.

very nice and equipped house, breakfast provided in abundance and really responsive and helpful host, a real landlord with every minor problem runs and above all tries to make his guests miss nothing by spoiling them too (there was no ginseng in the house and he immediately went to find it). We stayed at Emanuela's and the apartment I have to say that it turned out to be really delicious. Everything new, stylish and minimal decor, all the necessary but. Apartment halfway between Catanzaro Citta and Lido, good choice if you want to move. A plus for being able to bring our dog , who really appreciated their beautiful English lawn. Both Emanuela and her husband were kind and helpful. If we return to the area, it will definitely be our first choice.

Massimo’s place is beach front and a great place for families. The supermarket is walkable and there are lots of restaurants around the area and surrounding suburbs. The house was clean and has all amenities listed. Thank you Max.

Doris was a kind and generous host. We had trouble finding the place with the link provided but she came out to the street to set us straight. It was the end of a long day and we were glad to shower and go to bed. Doris was flexible with breakfast time and chatted as we ate. We had a little walk around before leaving back to walk to the train. Stairs up to the room are wide and accessible. Room has low slanted ceiling so guests should be able to negotiate this as well as step across top of stairs edge. Doris keeps hall lite well at night so you can see to access toilet.

Massimo was a fantastic host and the property is a hidden gem! With direct access to the beach, it is truly a rare find in tropea. It’s walkable to town for dinner, shopping, and drinks, and there is both public / paid access to beach areas right outside the property. Massimo went out of his way to welcome us and help us throughout our stay. I would suggest requesting a room with a balcony to be able to hang your towels/ swimwear but other than that, it was fabulous!

Salvatore is an extremely friendly and prepared person. He listened to my needs and made me feel at home from the beginning to the end of my stay. She didn't damage an extra coffee pod and helped me even after checkout time by providing me with internet access to work and check in on the plane. He gave me very useful tips to get to Polistena's party and the Technical Institute for the contest. The room was clean, quite quiet, equipped with great air conditioning. The dashboard was suitable for my needs. Great idea to provide the coffee maker in the room, microwave, and minibar with water. I felt at home, I am grateful to Salvatore for his kindness and professionalism.

Straight forward stay - clean, centrally located near the train station and accessible by bus nr 90 from the airport. Also, great cappuccino for breakfast :)

Maria's place was a wonderful location for our trip exploring Calabria. The rooms and shared spaces are designed so beautifully and comfortably, and the view is stunning! My son and I spent 4 days here, and Maria was a wonderful host! We also enjoyed finishing the day at her amazing resteraunt with authentic and delicious Calabrian dishes. A very unique and magical experience!!
