Spacious, bright and quiet accommodation a few steps from the city centre. Easy to park in front. The pluses, being in a warm, lively space, the terrace, the foosball and the pinball… the little touches… coffee available and rather high-end services, I am thinking in particular of the appliances… we will return with pleasure!

Charming accommodation for total rest and in a pleasant private setting. The proximity of the accommodation to Lille is a plus. Relatively close shopping centre with all amenities. There were 4 of us (parents and 2 children 19 and 15 years old) It's spacious and well-equipped. I recommend it!

Nice stay. Frank is very friendly and thoughtful. Parking in front of the door, but free parking space only 10 minutes' walk away. You can be in the city and at the sights in no time.

We enjoyed our stay at Segolene's place very much. It was comfortable and the surroundings -- estate, pool, gym, sauna -- were very peaceful. The town surrounding the estate, as others have mentioned, does not have much going on. We went out to Arras (about 30 min. drive) to go out to eat one day. We enjoyed both the pool and sauna during our stay. Segolene's communication was great at check-in and during our stay. We had one mishap before we arrived where our booking was accidentally cancelled, apparently by Airbnb, and the communication there between Segolene's cohost and Airbnb Support was very unclear and confusing to us. But, all was solved as we were able to rebook on the phone with Airbnb. One other thing that did not work so well for us was the internet in the apartment - we needed to use our hotspot to stream movies and it would not be suitable for working if you needed to do so. But we had basic service otherwise.

This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

Denis is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need during your stay. There were beverages in the fridge, snacks and condiments for us. We were made to feel very comfortable. The apartment is very beautiful and peaceful, and very close to restaurants and grocery stores. On the day we arrived, it was clear that we would be too late getting to the concert that night that we wanted to attend. Denis generously offered to drive us to the Metro station in Wattignies so that I would not need to drive my car and try to find a parking space. He was really most accommodating! We would love to stay here again.

We spent a few days in Douai for a great classic: the competitions at Gayant Expo. We had a nice and quiet attic under the rooftops. The reception is at the top and everything is done to feel at home, in a moment when stress can be present. I worked remotely while my daughter was passing these exams. Why it felt like home . 2 examples unlimited coffee and flexible checkout. It takes 20 minutes to walk, walking quietly to Gayant. Great for getting some fresh air before locking yourself up for the day.

very good accommodation, impeccable, clean, we had a pleasant stay, correct bedding and Cédric is very responsive because a small problem with the electric coffee maker that did not work and Cédric brought us another one the same evening, brand new, really nothing to say and above all he accepted our small dog and very quiet building, thank you Cédric i recommend it.
